Fortunately, it wasn't fractured, but the X-ray confirmed significant bruising. What was even more disappointing was how management handled the situation. It took two weeks and multiple unanswered messages just to get a return call. I provided receipts for my X-ray and Groupon purchase and requested reimbursement for my medical expense, the Groupon, and the wages I lost while seeking medical care. They refused to reimburse me for anything and instead offered excuses rather than taking responsibility. Accidents can happen, but how a business responds afterward matters. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.
