Our patio was completed in a couple days and was nice. Not even a year went by and our patio started to already have issues. Our retaining wall began leaning and one of the pavers started rising to a point where my child cut their foot on it. We got in touch with Erin and explained the situation and said she would figure out when to come out and fix the issues. After that, we got ghosted. Weeks went by and no response at all to our messages and phone calls. Multiple attempts and we had no response. Came down to the fact she didn't want to repair her poor work because it was going to be out of her pocket and not mine because of her poor work. Since we didn't get any response, we got in touch with the Better Business Bureau which they were not able to receive any response from them either. They red flagged their business hoping people can see that they cannot be trusted. I do not recommend them doing anything for your home or business because they are very unprofessional when it came to repairing their poor work. I had a very disappointing experience with E&J Landscaping and don't want someone else experiencing the same concerns. I initially hired Erin for a patio and after agreeing on a price, we paid and had it completed. Once we had issues after only a year of having our patio completed and she mentioned with documentation that she would come out to fix it and it would be on her part. Unfortunately, after that, I never heard from them again. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via phone and email, I received no updates or response for her to come out and fix it. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and it's incredibly frustrating to have paid for a service that was never delivered as her work wasn't done correctly to the point now having issues a year after only having a completed patio. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company, as it seems they have no regard for customer service or follow-through.

Dug a trench around the downstairs garage and completely sealed the outside wall. Put a new retaining wall around our in ground pool. Re-excavated the entire back yard and made it into a gentle slope. Re seeded and put down straw . In addition, they extended the parking area for 4 additional spaces.
