Some issues: the arrival time of the installer; a broken window that needed to be reordered; and most distressing, according to my town the building permit was never applied for. I reached out to Window Nation several times and had difficulty reaching a person (went through sales at one point to get to service). Not only did no one ever get back to me when they said they would, when I did reach people I was given different information by each. I do want to give credit where credit is due - the young man who installed the windows did a good job, was courteous, and cleaned everything up at the end of the day. The issue regarding the installation was not with him.

Weird but fine, if the text etiquette is on point. His was a mess. He asks me to take pictures inside and out, of the windows. Ok sure, but I'm one town over and you could just pop by. He asks what I want, I say picture windows. He sends me a picture of double hang and says he recommends them. Don't need them. Then he just TEXTS me a price range. Red flag. Where's your quote with the type of door being used? Also, the number is high. I ask for the SKU to look it up on my own. He sends me a generic link to an affiliate landing page for DOUBLE HUNG DOORS. Ok, so here's where you have to use your best judgement. These guys have great ratings on multiple pages, so they obviously do excellent installs. But that doesn't mean they aren't ripping people off, because you can get similar work done for MUCH cheaper. That's where I got him, bc he wasn't willing to disclose where his range was coming from and then immediately tried to pass me off to Renweal by Anderson, which is widely known as THE biggest price-hike in the game. The safe bet with them is whatever they quote you initially is about double what it should actually cost. So it makes sense the owner thought it's a reasonable peer in the industry. Then he weirdly started text-harassing me when I passed on his offer. Piss off.

Joe explained the whole process from start to finish and also provided recommendations for external trim - game changer! His pricing was consistent if not a tad cheaper than six other quotes I got.
