The price, including installation was like the other reviewer said, about 200 I think. With the heat here I would have paid anything LOL. However, that said, I must agree that if the thermostat is onyly 30 dollars at Home Depot, the mark up seems a little excessive, But Hey, after all I am on Sanibel Island and I have to pay $6 everytime I come on the island so it is what it is. They may not be cheap but they are dependable :-)

I had gone out to Home Depot and purchased a nice programmable and wi-fi enabled Thermostat for $129.00. The Sanibel Air technician was unable to get it to work. Since we did not have air conditioning running and it was Saturday, I agreed to pay 212.00 to Sanibel Air for a thermostat the Sanibel Air technician had in his truck. Later I found out that the exact thermostat sells for ~30 at Home Depot. I also had asked the Sanibel Air technician what the total charge was going to be and he said 212. I asked if that included the service charge and the Sanibel Air said yes. I'm extremely upset that I had to over pay for a thermostat, that Sanibel Air was not able to install t, and then on top of that Sanibel Air charged me the 79 service fee in addition to the 212.00. Extremely dissatisfied!!!

Infinite Electric & Air Pending Review…read more04-29-26 Review: I recently posted an excellent review for this company but have since learned that they didn't do the work that was needed to fix the problem. They told me the problem was fixed but after supposedly fixing it it wasn't it still existed. After having them replace all circuit breakers and install surge protector, which was working fine before, it still wasn't right. They were to replace the meter claw can which they did not do. They came back 4 more times and told me it was probably my refridgerator causing problems, which they plugged into an extension cord and left it that way. The red flag went up when they said all the outlets and switches had to be replaces upstairs to the tune of another $1200 in addition to the $3200 I had already paid them. Also told me I needed a new ceiling fan because it went bad but there was power to the switch so I got one. Another lie, no power but there was before them. I called another company to come give me an estimate and they showed me pictures that the only thing Infinite did out side was to change the disconnect hookup which was not the problem, it was he can as I told them in the first place. I did make them aware of my findings and have not heard back from them as of yet and that was two weeks ago. They just kept leading me on and grasping at straws. What a nightmare!
