They were unable to send someone out that day but they made an appointment for 9 o'clock the next morning . Germain arrived at 930am .. Germain was a very respectful business like and nice, young man.. He informed me that they charged per hour and he went right to work.. My situation was I turned on my table top oven fully and the microwave at the same time. It seems that I had blown a circuit breaker. Jermaine went to work check on the different sockets and the circuit board.. He came to the same conclusion that I had over power and burnt out my circuit breaker for this. Without further ado Germaine had repaired and replace the items which came to a total cost of $150. They accept cash check and credit cards including Discover credit card.. They did the old-school method of writing it on pen and paper for my credit card and he filled it out so that there would be no mistakes..I signed it after reviewing it and gave him my email address so they could send me a receipt that way plus I had a hard copy receipt... I was extremely happy in the response for repair and personal attention and having my work done. Any further work I would definitely be calling them back to finish any other electrical situation.

Infinite Electric & Air Pending Review…read more04-29-26 Review: I recently posted an excellent review for this company but have since learned that they didn't do the work that was needed to fix the problem. They told me the problem was fixed but after supposedly fixing it it wasn't it still existed. After having them replace all circuit breakers and install surge protector, which was working fine before, it still wasn't right. They were to replace the meter claw can which they did not do. They came back 4 more times and told me it was probably my refridgerator causing problems, which they plugged into an extension cord and left it that way. The red flag went up when they said all the outlets and switches had to be replaces upstairs to the tune of another $1200 in addition to the $3200 I had already paid them. Also told me I needed a new ceiling fan because it went bad but there was power to the switch so I got one. Another lie, no power but there was before them. I called another company to come give me an estimate and they showed me pictures that the only thing Infinite did out side was to change the disconnect hookup which was not the problem, it was he can as I told them in the first place. I did make them aware of my findings and have not heard back from them as of yet and that was two weeks ago. They just kept leading me on and grasping at straws. What a nightmare!

My first experience with Modern & Anderson Services was following years of A/C repairs performed by a subcontractor who installed two AC units into my new home. The subcontractor also provided preventive maintenance for years, but no lasting resolution to AC failures occurred, and reoccurred. I was repeatedly advised I was experiencing power surges, even though the house was wired with power surge protection and the AC failures did not always correlate to electrical storms. I had the power surge protection checked and it was operating correctly. With the next AC failure, I contacted Modern & Anderson Services. They responded the day I called and identified that the AC units were incorrectly wired into the fuse boxes. They re-wired the units. I requested they also conduct an assessment of the HVAC system and they identified I had inadequate airflow in two areas of the home. I contracted with them to add additional vents. They completed the work when scheduled, left the property exactly as they found it, and the cost of work was exactly as quoted. I inquired if they had preventive maintenance program and contracted for their Home Service Plan. The plan I selected includes twice a year preventive maintenance for both AC units, as well as other house wide service. In three years of working with Modern Services I have experienced no AC breakdowns/repairs. Additionally, they initiate calls for appointments for preventive maintenance, and coordinate other services provided by the contract as needed. This year I requested a service, which I knew was not covered by my Home Service Plan, offering to pay fee for service if it could be done during a scheduled appointment. The scheduler checked to see if work requested was within the scope of expertise of the individual who would be in the home and would he the work as fee for service while there. He did and I paid an industry reasonable fee for the work. Every contact I have with Modern & Anderson Services includes providing facts and allowing me to make decisions. Throughout their work they are generous with their knowledge by educating the homeowner. I have the highest regards for this company; each and every person I have had contact with has been customer service oriented in their work. They are excellent!.

Jaron, the owner, came out and inspected the generator, my breaker box and the wiring and found no problems. He went one step further and discovered a clog in my air conditioner. He then proceeded to climb the ladder to use my shop vac to get all of the water out of the pan. It took him four trips up the ladder. Then he went outside to suction the clog out of the air conditioner system.
