The car that I brought in for service is always well maintained by Mercedes and I am always happy with the product. This is my 2nd C300 that I have brought from this dealership and I am more than happy with the performance of the car. Obviously, if you want your car to perform, you must take care of the car. I generally only bring my car into service only once a year as I do not drive it more than 10k miles a year. This location has online service scheduling and it normally works very well. So, if you have a busy lifestyle, you can schedule your car service via your cellphone online. The waiting room is comfortable and they always seem to have treats, water, soft drinks along with coffee, tea or hot chocolate. My favorite of them all is the coffee as the blend they have is very good and the machine is top of the line. If you want it strong.....it is strong :) If you need a loner car instead of waiting, they always have had a loaner ready for me. They are always pleasant and with great customer service. There is a Mercedes Benz location that is closer to me, however, they do not have weekend service hours nor do they have online scheduling. Therefore, I have not ever taken my car to that location. I instead drive over 60 miles each way to get convenient service. Giving this dealership 5 stars being a 5 star place. I hope they continue to keep up the excellent work!

I had my proof paperwork packed in my boxes I felt like the advisor implied - I changed the service indicator because he couldn't find anything In the MB records. At this particular dealership, the advisor came out in a crowded waiting room and interrogated me on all the services that I had had done. They were not in his system - so I asked him what was he implying.? he said he can't find them in the MB system - so that is not my issue. I read the Tuscan and I pay. . If the Mercedes-Benz dealership didn't enter it into the system in the state I moved from - it is not my issue. I told him I look at the screen and I take it in for service. The car is 8 years old this year in December and I only have a little over 35,000 miles on it. I have not missed a service appointment I actually tell them in my MB Review comments - I felt like I was interrogated on what's reading on my dash screen for what service needs to be performed in a crowded room. I' receive a response back from the Service Manager - , saying "thank you for asking questions". What questions do you have? It was obvious it was an AI response. Still, I took it to Wilmington Audi figuring that is what they specialized in. There, I was told it could not be repaired. They said the cost to repair was $1,050 but offered to do it for $950 stating that it was the cost of the splashguard and that they would throw in the labor for free. In addition, they tore off a part of the splashguard in an obvious attempt to force me to return for a new one. I went back to the local mechanic who laughed at the $950 charge. When we researched the cost of a splashguard, we found that we could get one for much less than $100. We bought one and the local mechanic replaced the old one for free. I love my Q5 but will never return Wilmington Audi.

I did have some difficulty with scheduling my Audi service. They didn't automatically offer other options that might have been available, such as scheduling on a different day when a loaner car could be provided. That said, I learned it's helpful to ask directly about loaner availability when setting an appointment. Overall, the team was courteous and helpful, and I would consider working with them again in the future.
