They showed up on time, were professional, respectful, and worked hard the whole time they were here. They installed a clean above-ground 8-station sprinkler valve manifold system for me, replaced valves, repaired irrigation lines, installed a newer Rain Bird smart controller that can be managed from a phone, fixed plumbing issues, and adjusted the sprinkler system so everything worked much better. Everything was organized well and much easier to access for future maintenance. What I appreciated most was that Joseph went above and beyond what was originally included in the bid. They replaced an old hose pipe and spigot that weren't working anymore at no extra charge, and they also replaced a few additional sprinkler heads for me without charging extra. That kind of honesty and customer service is hard to come by these days. The work came out clean and professional, and Joseph was easy to communicate with throughout the process. We explained that we understood that, but hired him to stop the leak completely, not just a valve. He replaced a 2nd valve and said a 3rd could be replaced, but he didn't do it.
