The grass grew so much in just a couple months so we hired them back to properly cut it and clean up the front once again and had some stones laid in the back that really made the backyard shine. It wasn't a complete brand new staircase. I paid 4000 deposit for the wood and I got very cheap quality wood that's cracking. I waited 2 months to make sure that he got good wood and he still brought the bad wood. I paid a total of 7800 for those stairs and they are ready splitting and splintering. So disappointed and he told me that's the wood I get. Not the treated wood I was supposed to receive. Even the bolts they put in were not put in properly and they're tweaked they're not flesh with the wood. Total rip off, you do not get what you pay for. The stairs are just a little over a year but they look like they're about 10 years old. He Braggs about quality work and it's not true. You get what you get from him, He talks a nice game.
