They do weekly for me. The are on time. They clean up after themselves. They are not what I would do but I can't do it and they are the next best. There was a slight learning curve between us during the first 6 months. It did go pretty smooth. They are easy to communicate with. They have taken over the card of my sagis and they do a pretty good job. They will do anything you ask. When I needed sprinklers repaired it was the same day with a dedicated sprinkler crew. They are not the cheapest but you get more than a "blow and go". read more

Nick and his team are world-class! It all started with a walkthrough and drafting session wherein Nick laid out what our backyard would look like were he to take the job. We walked the property while he pointed out what plants could go where and where the curbing could be laid. We left the walkthrough feeling confident in his skill, experience, and character. We received a quote within 24hrs that was slightly under what we expected to pay for a job of this scale. Over the next couple of days, they removed our old wood deck, poured concrete curbing, leveled out the backyard, installed a drain, installed two new DG walkways, replaced and added sprinklers, planted new plants and trees, laid sod, and reprogramed our sprinklers to make sure our oasis stayed beautiful. I had a couple of guys give me quotes on new concrete for our old house. Nick was right in there and I liked him, so we hired him. I was a bit put off when he told me that my idea wasn't so great, but after some thought I agreed with him. I recently had Kern Lawn Borders install a French drain and a curbing to help with a water drainage issue from my swimming pool and also an aesthetic issue of my grass being taller than my pool deck. It was getting very difficult to maintain the grass over growth and trying to string trim the edge of the grass led to damaging of my pool safety fence. I used Kern Lawn Borders for two jobs at my house so far and have been very happy both times. The first job was a cement walkway and cementing in the rest of the driveway. They got job done quickly and professionally. I used them again recently with adding a concrete border around my lawn and property line, and extending my grass out with sod.
