He then determined that he needed to look at my car, so we scheduled for him to come to my home for service. He was prompt and very thorough with his inspection and follow through with the diagnostic codes my car had produced. He provided detailed information about the issues, provided examples, and had a wealth of information. The best part is he broke it down in a way that I clearly understood him. It also doesn't hurt that his guy has a good sense of humor. That's a always a good thing when you're facing a crisis. He also looked at another vehicle and provided an honest opinion of not spending additional dollars on it. The best mechanic on Oahu! I have used Sanchez mobile repair three times and could not recommend Jon more highly. He is knowledgeable, punctual, professional, and great at explaining what repairs are needed. I sometimes feel like mechanics are trying to upsell me, but Jon actually finds ways to help me keep costs down on my cranky old truck. Jon has come to my house twice and had my truck up and running within the hour. This is so stress free compared to going to a shop, especially as a woman. Awesome mobile car service! Jon is very professionally and courteous to folks in need of car service. I recommended him to my neighbor Don while he worked and tested the cooling system of my 1990 944 S2 Porche. He diagnosed my cooling system in less than an hour,m. He only charged me for half an hour for labor. Then I got peace of mine drove my car around that day. This guy is truly the best in his field. I had a severely overfilled oil tank and the bolt that plugged the oil pan was so severely stripped I thought my car was done for. I called John and he was friendly on the phone, even better in person. He quoted me a very reasonable price, came to my location, was on time, and took the time to explain in simpler terms what he was doing to help fix my car. Jon is the man! I had a situation with my Lexus RX330 after hours and he fit me into his schedule the very next business day. How sweet is that? My car was stuck on somebody else's property and needed to be moved ASAP. He is punctual, works quickly, and is great with communication. I had a catalytic converter stolen today, and Jon was amazing. From the moment I called him he was motivated to help as much as he could, and he arrived quickly and exactly when he said he would. Not only did he quickly diagnose the problem with the vehicle, he took the time to talk me through the precedence for this theft occuring, what both the cost effective and more expensive options for repair were, referred me to an exhaust systems shop and took pictures for a police report.
