I have bought tires from this place for years He use to be very good on prices. But I call to see if he had 2 tires for my truck. He quoted a very high priced. I told him that I had bought from him about a year and one half and I paid only $50. For one so 2 were 100. Aprox. He said he put on a different brand of tire then what on my truck now. When I told him that wasn't the brand of tire he put on he got mad. I told him that he lost my business And he still got very mad and hung up on me. DO NOT COME HERE for your car unless you want parts stolen from your wheel, threats from the owner via phone and being exposed to hazardous spills on the floor. Only came here because I needed tires asap. They do not have a lift gate which was already a red flag for safety concerns. Instead, they had my car on 4 manual car lifts which was very dangerous to employees running around and customers standing next to their car with no waiting space/room to wait. As I got home after replacing my tires, I noticed I was missing a part. I called the phone number and the owner answered (Joe), but gave a bunch of excuses about not knowing what had happened and had to check his store to see if they forgot to put it back on. Not a problem to me, so I waited. One week later, no calls from him. So I call again since it don't feel comfortable driving with a missing part. Doesn't pick up the phone, so I sent a text reminding him. He calls me back and immediately runs on and on about it's not his fault and cannot find my part. He insists to send me a picture of the parts he has! I agreed and told him to send the picture. Moments after I agreed, he began to yell at me as if I was his enemy. Seems like he doesn't know anything about customer service as a business owner. But who am I to say? How are you running a "business" giving your customers rude attitude, threats AND have safety violations throughout your whole garage? While he's screaming at me on the phone, he tells me that he isn't going to send me the picture because I was disrespecting him by asking for those part pictures... I thought he insisted from the beginning? As he goes on about how disrespectful I was, he yells that I would have to drive to him to see the parts. Sure! I'll drive to you buddy. Based on 5-star Yelp reviews, I had to inquire. Quickly dropped by to request a quote; however, since the shop was busy at the time and my tire sizes were not typical, so the gentleman gave me a business card to call back at a later time to better answer my questions. Called back and spoke to Joe, who was very informative and provided several options. He mentioned they had a special going on with Dunlop tires, which was much more budget friendly, $325 for a set of 4. Right away, I asked Joe to save a set for my appointment. Next day, spoke to my co-workers. They suggested that I do online research at www.tirerack.com. After reviewing all the feedback on various websites, called Costco for pricing on the Michelin Premier A/S tires. With Costco's $70 rebate, I would still save over a $100 at SaTa. Made the final decision to do it at SaTa. Texted Joe to let him know to order the Michelin's instead. Day of...came five minutes before 8:30, appointed time. Shop wasn't open and another customer was already waiting. My tires were installed in less than an hour. They let me know that I needed an alignment, but it couldn't be done at their shop at this time. Upon paying, Joe found out that Michelin had a rebate program starting the same day I was there, but he'll have to email me the details later... and that he did. I got to it and will be receiving a $70 rebate. A week later, Joe texted to confirm if I was satisfied. Definitely a happy camper with my new set my wheels! :D read more

A month after getting my flat tire fixed, I decided to bite the bullet and purchase a set of 4 Goodyear tires that Joe had given me a quote for the last time I was there. The tread on my old set was uneven and worn down, and the quote was a great price. The night before going in to get the tires, I messaged Joe here on Yelp to see if the tires were still available and if so if I could make an appointment to purchase them and get them installed. I didn't expect to be contacted at least until the next day, but Joe replied within minutes even though it was after business hours. He was very accommodating about making my appointment, and we managed to work out an appointment the very next morning. When I got to the garage, Joe and Juan quickly got to work removing my old tires and installing my new ones. The whole process took about 45 minutes including the time it took to make the transaction. After the tires were installed, Joe even installed new windshield wipers (free of charge) when he noticed mine were in need of replacement. All in all, I had a great experience here. I needed to get an alignment for my Honda Accord. I saw the great reviews and this place was close to work. Cheech greeted me when I arrived and gave me an estimated time to finish the job. He was so personable and approachable. The alignment was computerized and he was able to give me a printable reading of my car before and after the alignment. He was fast and efficient. He even explained to me thoroughly that I needed a camber kit that was keeping my rear wheel misaligned. He didn't hesitate to show me the part I needed and explained what was wrong with mine. Gave me an estimate and no pressure to get it done. The shop was small but clean, well-equipped, and organized. Only con is I couldn't pay by credit card. Cash only. I came here after reading the great reviews. I originally went in to replace one tire, but was advised to replace both rear tires. I like how they don't pressure you into anything, and gave me different options. Unfortunately, they didn't have the tires I was looking for, so I will have to return tomorrow. But they were nice enough to order them for me. I will update my review tomorrow. Update: Both of my rear tires have been replaced and now we are just waiting on the alignment. In the meanwhile, we were given orange juice, which I'm thankful for because it's really hot. The service here is really quick and they know what they're doing. They were also very considerate about pricing and were willing to negotiate. Update #2: Everything's finished and looks good. Cheech gives you a printout of the alignment readings before and after. Went back again. Bad luck, ran over a curb, blew both tires on the driver side. quoted me just $420 for new performance 2 x 21" Tesla P85D tires. Didn't chk other places, but I remember these performance tires usually costs around $400 each elsewhere. Best part is, hassle free. Tow it there, no need to go myself, he had it fixed and ready to go in a few hours, txt me it's done. Went to pickup, in and out under 5 minutes, nothing to sign, truly hassle free experience.
