I showed up and asked for a patch on my tire. He proceeded to put a plug in my tire and tell me everything is fine. A plug is a temporary fix, a patch is permanent. (A patch uses glue and is applied on the inside of a tire it must be removed from the wheel. A plug is merely shoved into the hole from the outside. There is no guarantee that a plug will hold air or stay in the tire because no adhesive is used.) He was even in the process of correctly applying a patch to the inside of another tire but refused to take mine off the rim and fix the tire correctly. I should have called the police, but I instead paid him and left, as I did not feel safe questioning him anymore. He also did not check the air pressure in any of the other tires, which is a violation of state law. He also called me a maricon to his friend as I was standing there. read more

Never come to this store! This boss is deceiving consumers! I changed the tire here after I had a puncture, and he told me that I needed to change two tires because the other side also had a puncture. I trusted him very much and chose two used tires for a total of 190 dollars! Because he only accepts cash. As a result, my puncture light still did not disappear, and I felt very unsafe while driving, so I went to another store to check and found that one of the tires he replaced for me was broken, all of which were cracks! So I contacted him by phone, and he said that because it is a used tire, it cannot be guaranteed. I can understand this, but the used tire cannot be broken in two days. I've bought used tires elsewhere almost every single time with no issues. This, to be the first so...... I'm sure buying new tires from here is OK. But my broke ass usually buy used and I understand that used isn't warrantied. I called and asked for 2 matching brand and size tires. They said they had it for $35 each. Went down Saturday morning,saw they had both which looked like 80-95% tread left. 1 of them ended up being a continental brand, the other, Firestone, I'm already there, whatever just put them on. Went home and got ready to run some errands with the fam. 3 hrs later, I saw that one of my tires were flat. there goes Saturday errands. 2 stars because the Firestone wasn't flat.Called around 4pm 5 to 6 times. As you can see from the pics, their card says 6am to 5pm. No answer. By now I've considered eating the cost of $40 used, cash only and no receipt. Put on the spare tire; Sunday morning, went to Just Tires, they dunked it in water and said there was a hole in the sidewall and to junk the tire cause they wont patch it which I wouldn't patch either. NEVER PATCH A SIDEWALL!. Makes me think if Sanchez tires took the time to make sure there weren't any holes in the tires after mounting them to the rim. Anyways, on Sunday, I went to La Puente tires and and bought 1 used Michelin tire with 90-95% tread for $60 ($120-140 new) with a 3 month warranty. ON A USED TIRE? wow that's awesome! So. Ill call Sanchez tires just to see what they'll do about the tire they sold me (probably nothing cause its not warrantied) and my fault for buying used. Like I said, Buying new tires from them is probably OK. Used.... No. Ill go to La Puente to get used brand names + 3 month warranty. read more

I went her for a used tire a few weeks ago. It was $40. They only took cash. My front tire needed to be replaced but he put the used tire on the back and moved my back tire to the front, which I thought was weird. 3 days later, the used tire I bought started deflating. I found where it was poorly patched up. I had to go to another tire shop and get a used tire to replace it. This place is so unprofessional. I wish I could give them zero stars. I called at 1:10 on a Sunday, I asked them what time they close the man on the other end said 2. I told him I was on my way for a patch repair. I pulled in at 1:35 and guess what? They we're closed!!! Why tell a customer you close at 2 and then close 20 minutes later. As a business owner myself, I know we sometimes want to leave asap but you have a business to run. When I called, you could of said sorry we're closing already.
