I've been in need of new tires and this morning I called and asked if they had 2 tires for my car and they said yes so I went right over. They are located in the corner of Grand and S Garey Ave. when I got there they weren't busy so I was taken care of right away. The lady in the office came out and greeted me and made conversation with me. They changed my tires very quick which is good because other places make you drop off the car and it literally takes them like 2-3 hours to get it done. I really liked the service. I paid cash to avoid paying any fees. Prices are good and service is great. Stop by and check them out. read more

Honestly super helpful guy that helped me, he took the time to check all my tires because I was getting a tire change for my husband's car and I forget which tire was leaking. Very honest tire shop. I wasn't sure if my 4 used tires I had for a while needed new ones. Spoke to Ana on the phone.. very nice and professional.. when I got there she had me speak with one of the other gentleman there. He's the other owner I believe. He was very knowledgeable and honest and had explained in detail the life expectancy of the tires and mentioned my tires were just fine. Usually I love this place , actually every time before this time it's been amazing, however, when the owner isn't there the older gentlemen , your best to go elsewhere. The younger gentlemen , attended me last even tho I was here first, seems like they don't care for customer service rather just stack up on customers and work on each one by the job rather then who's first. Not to mention, he wasn't very fast , knowing how busy it is . Was there for 2 1/2 hours just to mount tires . Not even on the car just on the rim. Had a great experience at Martinez Tire Shop. My vehicle was towed to their shop and they made way for me to have my vehicle unloaded safely and in the service area. I was greeted with a smile from Maggie and she told me they would be right with me as they had a long line of cars awaiting service. Once it was my turn I was greeted by Gabriel who assessed my tire needs and recommended a few options. Once I made my decision he got right to work and removed my old blown out tire and installed a new one within minutes. I am very pleased with the services they offered and at a very reasonable price. This foo is trash, I took my Benz to go get a tire replaced (I brought my own tire). He couldn't take off the wheel and so he told me he would need to hit it with his feet, I said that's fine. As a matter of fact I helped him by kicking it as well. Well, it didn't come off so he said he would need to hammer it off with a rubber hammer. I said that's fine, as he started hammering it like 5 times he tells me to pull off the rim. As I'm trying to pull it off from the front while he hammers it from the back. I looked at it and it turned out it still had 1 stud ON!!!!!!! I told him and he said oh sorry I need glasses(in Spanish: ya ocupo lentes). The minute he took off the stud the rim came off. After changing the tire some other guy comes and tries to put it on, he managed to put it on with no problem. I then ask him to put air on all other tires, after he finished I asked for my old my tire (was trynna keep my semi new continental tire) now keep in mind he was trynna keep the tire because it was practically new but it had a patch which is why I had it replaced, don't want something risky on my car. Me quieria mirar como un pendejo. Welll after I got my tire back I gave the guy that put air on my tires a tip. Did not even look at me or tell me thanks (ungrateful ass). As I leave... all my tires are FLAT!!!! My indicator came on for the tire pressure. Worse experience ever, I used to always come. Not no more. I hope the owner reads this. You know exactly what I'm talking about. If you have a nice car, or a car you care about, DO NOT BRING IT HERE. Unless you want your precious car tortured. read more

This place deserve a little thumb up after I visit here sooooo many time(and probably they will never read me here) !!! Always come here for my old cars. Major tire store chain always give us BS of unrepairable flat or suggesting other brake and air cabin filter service. Waiting for this a-holes take forever and always suggest 10 more services that u can do at home. Coming here the goal is very simple: get decent tread used tires and go. This place is a joke. We have gone here before and got a pretty decent tire for 20.00 when my husband asked if they had any good tires they showed one for 30.my husband said we've gotten tires for 20. be4 so they showed us one worse then the tire we were replacing. We went to Wheels in Motion and got a tire with 10,000 miles on it for 15.00 and they were nice as can be. Save yourself time and go to wheels in motion on Holt. read more

This place is awesome; I work until 5:30 most days and because of this I find difficulties in finding a location that will provide me service after 5:30. I showed up and asked for a new tire and in seconds my bad tire was off and they were well on there way to setting me up with my new tire.
