I needed to replace one flat tire, so I called around for quotes. They were running a promotion on a premium set of tires, so I decided to go with those instead of the budget option. When I called, I specifically asked whether installation was included in the quoted price, and I was told yes, which is pretty standard at tire shops in the area. When I arrived, I was told my car would be ready around 1:00 PM. I also asked if they could put the new tires on the front and move the existing front tires to the rear. The employee at the counter agreed without mentioning any additional charge. I came back at 1:00 PM, only to find that my car hadn't even been moved yet. They didn't actually start working on it until around 1:30 PM. The biggest issue came when I paid. I was charged an additional $40 for mounting and balancing, despite being told over the phone that it was included. While I was trying to ask about the discrepancy, the employee handling my payment was on the phone and never addressed my question, which felt unprofessional. If the extra charge was actually for rotating the tires, I wish they had told me before agreeing to do it. I would have declined since I can get tire rotations done for free at Costco. If the charge was for mounting and balancing, then the information I was given over the phone was simply incorrect. The tires themselves are fine, but the miscommunication, delayed service, and lack of explanation left a bad impression. Better communication and transparency about pricing would have made this a much better experience. read more

yelp deleted my second account so I have to rewrite reviews, horay. So My Ex used this shop for rims and tires and one day she needed a new tire because the quick fix she had for it did not take permanently. So I took time out of my day to come to this place where she got the rims and told them the tire that had issue (front passenger side). I wait in their small room and it takes over an hour for one tire to be replaced. They tell me its done and car is ready. I drop off her car and continue on my day. Later on She has a flat on the rear tire...they rotated the tire. The busted one...instead of replacing it. Yeah, angry GF day while I took the time to come to this shop. Came here since Andys tires down the street was closed. All I needed was tires taken off the rims on my car then put on my brand new set of Work VS-XX Custom built from Work wheels in Japan. Directly shipped too me keep in mind I myself haven't even opened them. They were all in the wrap still. (See through with no damage) I get here they quote me 80 bucks. Guy up front seemed a little knowledgeable, but I didn't expect much simply needed tires swapped..he gives me an hour wait time and I'm like that's fine. I'm sitting there and one of the mechanics comes in asking for the key for my locks..well for one you're holding it in your hand. Second the others don't require a key..he goes back takes my wheels off and im sitting waiting watching everyone leaving and new people coming and going. Two hours roll by the front desk guy comes to me says sorry their taking awhile they don't want to damage my wheels. I'm thinking wow that's great. Then he comes back 20 minutes later holding one of my project kics tuner lug nuts. Says a part of it is missing (the black cap) and that I brought it in like that. I don't argue and just want to leave at this point even though the lugs are brand new from evasive motor sports.. got it a day before coming in. So I finally get my car. I look and we'll they scraped the paint around the lug entrance. They also scraped my lip on countless areas on all 4 wheels. So mad at this point.. should have listened to the reviews..so I'm getting ready to leave as angry as I am. They ask if I want my old wheels..well DUH. I ask them to put it in the wrap the way I brought my work wheels they say okay. I get in my car and they tossed them ontop of each other NO WRAP!!! The LIPS are scraped from rubbing. My RECARO seats are dirty/stained from the dirt and grime from them throwing it in my car with out the wrap I BROUGHT. 80 bucks to ruin 2 sets of wheels. I'll never come here again. Not to mention after mounting on my wheels I see there "mechanic" take my car down and go to the street (Holt ave) he scrapes my carbon fiber lip going down the driveway and zooms down the street. I've never heard of a road test for swapping wheels with no alignment or etc. If you want your wheels damaged and car abused this is the place for you. I'm out a couple hundred just fixing my lips on my work wheels. My Enkei wheels off my evo x gsr are damaged not worth fixing at this point. Thanks for the headache. read more
