Quick and prices were good. I only had to replace one tire, but could've done with having all the tire sensors checked; I didn't think to ask while I was there though. I had two flat tires with a nail each time, one after the other. Both visits were incredibly fast and effective, with a friendly service. I would def recommend for you guys to support this family owned business. You will meet Edith (super nice) at the front desk, or maybe her older sister (or mom?). On the mechanic side, I met "Anhuar" who was also efficient, with a fast pase to fix. Anhuar meticulously look for any other possible issues with the tires. They take disposable tires the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month (according to another website). The process was so quick and easy! I was greeted right as I parked, and i informed them of what I was there for. They took my info and a worker came and took the tires out of my car. Took 3 minutes in total, if that. I had a great experience. I called during the week and spoke with Edith who was able to provide me details and was able to answer my questions. Sometimes it's overwhelming and it was nice that the person on the other side of the phone was not only knowledgable but also patient. I came as directed on Saturday and was helped by Gloria. She was kind, took the information, gave us follow up instructions, and we were on our way. Overall it was a great and easy experience. They had hoses for air at each parking spot which was also perfect for people on the go. My only suggestion, a desk bell is needed in the front to alert when someone arrives in the event no one is there. Unfortunately, I ran something over on the freeway that destroyed my tire. I had to replace it with a spare. I took my vehicle straight to Pacific Tire since I was in the City. Edith was very helpful, she gave me pricing of different tires. She was clear with my options and pricing. The service was fast. I came in today for a quick patch. One of my tires had a nail and kept losing air. Once I arrived I was greeted by Edith she then identified the problem and one of the technicians started the repair. As soon as they were done Edith let me know what my tires are soon to need replacing as the thread was low. She helped me with some pricing on replacements and gave me all my options. Horrible customer service. It used to be a good tire shop not sure where it went downhill. My dad used to go here all the time. After what occurred yesterday we won't be going here anymore. Wouldn't recommend them they lack communication between the employees where they contradict themselves. The only thing they are useful for is to put air on your tires otherwise, go elsewhere. read more

I went to this location as I had more enjoyable experience here than another location I visited recently. I needed my wheels aligned as the other tire place I went to now has my vehicle pulling off to the right aggressively and my car is in no way aligned. So I visited this location before 2pm on Sunday and the cute lady told me "the mechanic has to do 2 more vehicles before mine and he wouldn't have time for me as he is leaving early today" they close at 4:30 on Sunday. I said, "okay I will return tomorrow" (see other review if interested) I come back to this location and they get my car aligned because my car is still pulling off to the right! The mechanic takes my car into the garage and does a test drive. When he comes back he actually coughs in my car! (now im not scared of COVID but not even covering the cough and being maskless in my vehicle was absolutely rude). The mechanic then tells me my car still pulls to the right even though he "Aligned" my vehicle. They charge me $65 for the "service" and I told them if I could get new tires (hoping it will solve my problem) would I have to pay for the service again in the same day? They told me no and off I went to the most horrible location. Things go south and I get my old tires back installed and when I come back to this shop the mechanic is now visibly mad with a stern brow and pupils focused. I greeted him politely as bad days tend to spread and he goes inside the office while I waited outside as the Mechanic was the one to greet me on my second visit today and no one has seen me yet. As the door is closing I hear him using a tone to their receptionist and before I even go inside the lady tells me "we will give you a refund as we couldn't properly align your vehicle". An obvious lie but I guess I'll find a new location for tires. read more

I had an amazing experience here! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They were quick to help me the moment I walked in! I'll be honest I don't typically go to tire shops myself. I just heard all the horror stories of being scammed just for being a woman, however, there was this kind young lady who helped me feel a lot more comfortable! The technician worked efficiently to patch the tire, and I was back on the road in no time. Though there is a card fee, so if I were to come again I'd have to remember to bring cash jajaja The service was not only fast but also of high quality. I got a quote for $15 for patch and tire rotation for a total of $30. I believe rotation is $5 per tire. I was lucky to get immediate attention on a Sunday late afternoon. He recommended my tires are worn and said I'll probably just another 5-10K miles out of them. I opted not to replace. Update: the next day, my low tire pressure light went on. I initially thought I filled up the tire but the light remain on. I went to Costco and decided to get all four tires replaced. Later, the Costco tire guy told me that the tire sensors were old and this caused the light to remain on. My car has about 200K miles. He said sensors normally last 7 years. I left with four new tires and four new low pressure sensors. Do I blame "Pacific Tire" ? No. Tires were worn. I do reget not heeding the advice from the Pacifc Tire worker and just get it fixed while I was at Pacific. Do I blame "Pacific Tire" for broken sensor? No. The sensors were old. Also when I left the shop the warning light wasn't on. In hindsight, I should probably have bought tire sensors at Amazon and have them installed at Pacific Tires. Costco prices were expensive. I don't know if Pacific Tires have tire sensors. Sorry -- I know this review mentioned both Pacific Tires and Costco. read more

The owner of the premises should look for responsible employees and in this case Mr. Roman Gallegos who is in the vehicle alignment area a week ago did work on my vehicle and told me that the shock absorbers were not in good condition and these He would charge me $200.00 but in the end he told me that he didn't have time and sent me to a relative who did it for him and that I had a 90-day warranty on the alignment and today he proceeded to take my vehicle and told me that I had to pay half the value of the alignment that corresponds to $ 35.00. My suv had been losing some air due to a nail in the tire, I called ahead of time to make sure they were open on thanksgiving and they were they answered me really quick unlike some tire places here in Pomona on thanksgiving they're closed. The guy even gave me the nail back and told me that someone intentionally put it there since it was on the side of the tire not the center like most nails that go through tires. Came here with a pair of used tires for my car and when I asked the gentlemen how much for him to install the tires was told $15 per tire so I gave him the green light to go and work on it than after he was done he told his wife I'm guessing that it'll be $60 from what I heard and than out of the nowhere changed it to $100 and we told the wife that they told us it was $15 a tired to place on which we did all 4 and it should've been $60 she gave us attitude and laughed and spit in our faces and said we stopped doing that years ago it's $25 a tire now what's crazy is that someone else went in and they only charged him $15 a tire and when brought up to them about that they didn't even want to talk about it would recommend avoiding this one read more
