I even called Irvine dispatch (09/11/25, 9:30 AM), but the man who answered sounded half-asleep, spoke rudely, and sided with them. Completely unprofessional. Security is supposed to protect people, not harass law-abiding citizens. I will be pursuing this further with my attorney until there is real accountability. What I can't stand is the nightmarish parking situation. I know that's not something they can do anything about. It's sort of like the Diamond Jamboree shopping center. Hard to find parking no matter what time of the day or the week it is. I would legitimately come here more often as I love the dry foods store the 99Ranch has inside, and the Menya Hanabi I love getting my noodles from. It's too bad I can't seem to talk myself into it despite it being not far from Rt 5 and the drive from Aliso isn't as terrible!
