Great plaza with many grear restaurants, shop, Amazon locker and LA fitness inside. Overall great selection of everything you need to have a great day with family and friends. Value wise there are restaurants or coffeeshops for every budget by saying this you can drink your coffee in bean or eat your food in urban plate and its all your choice to choose expensive one or cheap ones to spend your day. Service wise i like the huge parking lot with tall palm tress. Such a great view! It was hard to not capturing the beautiful sky after rain! read more

This is a nice center with Target on one end and L.A. Fitness on the other. There are several small shops, and lots of eateries. There's lots of outdoor seating and a fountain to enjoy your food. They have plenty of parking and the center is kept clean. read more

The reason I give a 4 star is because the restaurants seem to fade and are not as good but, the Harkin's Theatre, Subway and Alberto's are very nice places to go to. My family, friends and I like to go to Harkin's because it is a cheaper option and the warm salted pretzel with nacho cheese is amazing. I like the refillable cup every year. The Subway is convenient when I want to grab a quick lunch. Alberto's has a buy 1 get 1 free burrito deal every Monday. The salsa and jalepenos are delicious and spicy. I would highly recommend getting that. I would recommend changing the location of the drive thru for the Starbucks, it is hard to drive into and when there is a long line, the cars go into the parking lot. The parking at Crossroads Entertainment Center is plenty. read more

I love Crossroads because it has basically anything you need for almost everyone. Stonefire Grill for the meat lovers, Urban Plate for the vegetarian in all of us, Creamistry for dessert, Target for shopping, then work off all those calories at LA Fitness, or sit down at Starbucks in Target or Peet's Coffee with a friend. You can get a new cell phone, get your nails done (come on guys, pedicure, right?), visit Amazing Lashes, or just walk around. Just be careful walking around. Best if you park on LA Fitness side or Target and walk around. Other than that, it is safer to drive around. On the OTHER side of the river trail is Westpark Plaza, but that is for another review at another time. Highly recommend Crossroads to meet your everyday needs (does that sound too much like a commercial?) Happy Eating and Fight On! read more

The more reviews I do for centers in Irvine, the more I realize they all scare me a little bit... they get so packed and drivers are so careless. This center is no exception. I guess its the worst during peak lunch hours during the week. People just drive so carelessly. This center has quite a few places in it. Chipotle, which is typically really loud inside - but has a patio, Stonefire Grill which I try to love but just cant, Hair Masters, Happy Nails, Target, 24 Hour Fitness, Fed Ex Store, UPS Store, Chase Bank, Panera, Payless Shoes, Subway, Pizza Hut, Peets Coffee, and many others. This plaza is fairly large and has a decent amount of selection in terms of shopping, dining, and businesses. You have LA Fitness and Target taking up most of the real estate in addition to a Stonefire Grill. Plenty of dining options and some are actually good. Wing Stop California Fish Grill Doner G (depending on the day) Cava Paris Baguette The rest are sort of meh. Peet's Chipotle Piadina Sagami Urban Plates Capital Noodles (MSG bombs) Thai Indian Pizza Hut (*wretch*) Flame Broiler (*wretch*) And others. There's also a manicure place, some eyebrow thing, I think there's tanning too. Karate studio? Russian math? Bank. Uh....Shell gas station by Target. Swimwear. etc. Anyways, the parking is ample and not too awful if you avoid the Target side. Fresh strawberry stand next to Peet's most days and they typically sell out. Uh....yeah. It's a shopping/dining plaza. In Irvine. Better than most but as with most Irvine areas, nothing special. read more

A well-stocked Irvine Company shopping center. It is anchored by Target and LA Fitness on each side. There is a great variety of restaurant choices here, many of them fast-casual such as Stonefire, Panera, Chipotle and Urban Plates, as well as a strip of half a dozen or so varied food choices. Came here with a friend who comes here often with her kids to eat. They love this place. We order her favorites/"tried and trues" (as I like to say!). This included the Capital Noodle Bowl, Roast Duck Noodle Bowl, and green beans and the fish cake appetizers. All were really good. I can't decided which is noodle bowl dish was better, but my friend says her go to is the Capital Noodle Bowl. So if you don't know what to order, that is the one I would suggest. LA Fitness Crossroads has been a great place for me to get in shape. Like most businesses, they struggled to stay open during the pandemic but they persevered and adjusted, and so glad they made it. Most of the staff are good but the star of the show is Armando, the Finance and Operations Manager. He is clearly enthusiastic about his role and making sure members are taken care of. He greets everyone with a smile and boundless energy, always going above and beyond and to bends over backwards to resolve any issues a member may have. Years ago, this place was busy w/ a mervyns and several other small shops & eateries. Nowadays, mervyns is gone & so are some of the small stores. There's several eateries to choose from,a target,a gym(?) And other random businesses in the shopping center. Parking isn't so bad when you avoid lunch hour and early evenings. read more

The Crossroads is a really big plaza with a Target in it and it's the plaza that has the Creamistry in it. One can both get work done and eat, since there's both a UPS Store and a FedEx in this plaza, as well as a lot of restaurants like California Fish Grill and Chipotle and some banks too. Parking and driving around can get bad in front of the Target due to everyone wanting to enter, exit, park, and avoid pedestrians all at the same time. It has an exit with a traffic light so there are few problems getting in and out from that exit. Since it's so big, walking around the plaza is a workout in itself so one doesn't need to sign up at the fitness center. Too bad there aren't enough portals to play with if you want to walk around. read more

With the new management of enrollment officer Mr. Raymond Alcala and the general manager Michael Chu offered a nice hospitality for family membership with a reward of enrollment discounts. PEOPLE BEWARE!! Crossroads Mall is absolutely beautiful and convenient until problems arise. Yesterday (1/4/20--between 1:45-2pm), I went and did a pickup for a new Iphone I was purchasing through a seller from Offerup (an online selling site). I thought that the mall had adequate security and cameras for the safety of the customers. I went there feeling assured that my interaction with the seller would be recorded by security cameras in case of any mishaps.The meetup location was in front of Pizza Hut. The scam artist had walked from the direction of La Fitness towards the meetup point. We did the exchange and the perpetrator (who was an African-American male, about 5'8 with shoulder-length dreadlocks & wearing a plain white t-shirt) scrambled off. I immediately inspected the sealed phone and had it checked at the At&T store located in the mall, and surely it was a fraudulent item. We then contacted security and they were very helpful in assisting us to try and locate him, but the downside was that the mall had NO SECURITY CAMERAS. This was relayed to us by the security supervisor and personnel. I had to make a police report. So PLEASE, beware and be careful, because with no security cameras, your safety is at risk at this mall. Needless to say, the perpetrator is still at large, I'm out of my money and the phone (given that the fraudulent phone was taken in as evidence). I will definitely be contacting the mall management to figure out what can be done in this situation. If anyone noticed such an individual yesterday (1/4/20-- between 1:45-2pm, please contact the mall management, security, and Irvine police department. read more

These large Irvine Company owned shopping centers in Irvine are not good for pedestrians. Walking across a parking lot to another store is dangerous. There are not enough walkways and sidewalks. The alternative to walking, driving from store to store and parking multiple times within the same shopping center seems inefficient. Maybe reduce some spaces to make way for more walking paths. read more
