A clean, well‑kept open‑air plaza sitting at the base of Quail Hill. It includes several restaurants--Japanese, Indian, Mediterranean, and Italian--plus Mixue (cheap, though I don't think it tastes very good). She was extremely rude and a liar, even claiming she was present at times she clearly was not. The truth is, I once saw her using marijuana behind Albertsons during her shift and gave her a friendly reminder. Since then, she's harassed me out of a personal grudge. I even called Irvine dispatch (09/11/25, 9:30 AM), but the man who answered sounded half-asleep, spoke rudely, and sided with them. Completely unprofessional. Security is supposed to protect people, not harass law-abiding citizens. I will be pursuing this further with my attorney until there is real accountability. Clean, neat shopping center with a gas station and car wash right by the entrance, and notably food options including a grocery store and pharmacy and plenty of places to eat. Plenty of parking in the middle and back side, and a few smaller entrances to exit or enter from the other side aside from the main entrance. The one thing to keep in mind when entering from the main entrance, is one lane is purely for going straight or right turn, and the left lane is left turn only! The amount of times that people go straight towards Starbucks instead of turning left for the Arco gas station is just terrifying! Value wise and service wise really depends on which establishments you end up visiting, but I find that most of the service workers in the area are very attentive and prompt and kind. Things can be on the pricey end such as gas prices as well as some of the more fancier restaurants in the shopping center, but hopefully you get your money's worth. I honestly forgot this shopping center existed.... until just recently. My favorite part of this center is Sharkys! I love their food. I have ordered catering from the Subway here, and it was easy, and everything was really good. The staff when I ordered and picked up were both very friendly! They also have a Nektar in this center, which has really good, healthy juice. I want to try the Japanese restaurant near Sharkys but its always packed. There is a pizza place, cleaners, Albertsons and quite a few other places as well. The Round-About to get in and out of this center is a bit crazy. Always nerve-wracking. People just carelessly go a lot. You can exit the center a different way, which I always do! read more

Nestled in the tree thicket of Quail Hill, this shopping center is pretty family friendly and has all the amenities you need: gas station, big box market, Starbucks, restaurants, Cox Communication store, and areas where you can sit and relax. Parking is a plenty. If you can't find a parking space anytime, it's because you just don't want to walk ...... 80%-90% of the businesses are walking distance. read more

We lived near here in the Quail Meadow area and this place was basically our go-to for nearly two years. Quail Hill Shopping Center seems to have a bit of everything. It needs to because it really is the only major shopping center in this part of Irvine. As with all Irvine shopping centers, they all pretty much look the same. Starbucks, Sharky's, Red Brick Pizza, etc. It is even home to an upscale restaurant like Lucca Cafe. There's a little bit of everything at Quail Hill and the parking is plentiful. I miss living in Irvine. read more

Japanese. Hawaiian. Banks. Lots of parking as it was either too early for the dinner rush - or people just tend to go elsewhere. This shopping center is located in a mostly residential part of Irvine, near the 405 Freeway at Sand Canyon exit. This is a nice and quiet shopping center, somewhat secluded up in the hills, and away from the crowds and traffic congestion. It is like an oasis for the local residents and it provides banking, grocery, gas, among other services. There is not a whole lot of food options -- a Subway, a pizza place, a Chinese restaurant, a Japanese sushi place and an Italian café (which is almost always packed). Every time we came here there were plenty of parking and there's no gridlock like in some other complexes in Irvine. This center provides the basic staples but not a whole lot of shopping and dining options. For more varieties, one probably need to go to places like Crossroad, Heritage Plaza, or the likes. read more

This used to be a nice shopping center to have a coffee, read a book, get lunch, just relax by the fountain. However, now they are playing very very loud and annoying music. You can't even think when the music is this loud. I really really hate this trend of putting music outside at these shopping centers. I don't understand why? Are there homeless bums you are trying to drive away with Mozart, Bach, Beethoven and other classical music legends? Music is a personal thing and not background! Please turn off the music and let us just enjoy the sound of the fountain, birds chirpping, and other people talking, hanging out and eating. This is problem at almost every shopping center. Is Bose giving you a kickback for using their speaker systems, are trying to push music on people, force them to listen? Please turn it off! read more

Quail Hill Shopping Center is a hidden Irvine gem. It encompasses a very under crowded Albertson's with Gelson's like offerings. Being the parking lot has perfect entry and entrance logistics, visitors can enter, easily find a parking space at all hours, do their business, and out they go. In the meantime, it is a wonderful, peaceful place to eat and drink in very comfortable lounge chairs. The music is at just the right volume (personal choice) and eclectic from the 1920's to present. As all Irvine Company shopping centers, it is immaculately clean thanks to the onsite porters working in tandem with security, who keeps the center safe and hassle free. I do feel safe having the center's security around; they are polite and respectful, and get the job done. Kudos security!! read more

As I have stated before in reviewing Businesses located within this shopping center, everything you need is here. I know when I am headed on a freeway everything I needed or wanted was located off the exit I just past. So if you are rolling North on the 405 to L.A. or Magic Mountain or South to San Diego and looking for a place to stretch your feet, get coffee, do Yoga, go to the ATM, get lunch, dinner, rob a bank, bring a date, go to the supermarket, feed the birds, walk in the hills, play baseball etc etc etc, all I have to say is EXIT 3. This Quail Hill shopping center has all above and much more to offer. The crowd is Irvine and if you are not sure what that is stop by and you will soon find out. I do plenty of business is this neck of the woods and never have any worries about where I am going to eat or what I am going to do to pass the time. The only thing this place is missing is a movie theatre and old school arcade like they have off of the 8 in El Cajon. read more

Sweet, sweet home shopping center. I see you and I think - you're not perfect, but you're mine. How do I love thee? I can workout at Pure Barre, pick up something to eat at a variety of easy establishments, get gas, wash car, get nails did, pick up prescripts, get hair done, bank and now eat fro-yo! Boomtown! Just give me a UPS/mail store, decent dry cleaner (this one has terrible reviews), drive-thru fast food option and less terrifyingly-large and underutilized grocery store (Albertsons), and I may be yours forever. read more

This shopping center is perfectly located right next to Shady Canyon where all the luxury homes are and also right next to Irvine Spectrum Where there are apartment complexes, such as the one I live in. There are health places here including getting organic vegetables and fruits right from Albertson's and even nektar which lets you get healthy bowls with blueberries and açai and strawberries and more. I'm able to do my personal and business banking here as they have both a Wells Fargo and Bank of America making it very easy to do business transactions and even take care of my personal items before going home. If you're really adventurous Thursday even a trail behind the homes right next to the center we can go and explore the area including going into the backside of Shady Canyon. read more

This is a great shopping center compared to others in Irvine. Nice variety of restaurants. I would just advise to stay away from Goddess Nails (see my review on Yelp). I can pick up groceries, fill up my gas tank, eat lunch, grab coffee, and take care of my banking needs all in one location. read more

The shopping center is okay. If you live in the city of Irvine or you are driving off of the 405 at sand canyon and need a quick place to get gas or a bite to eat, it's a decent spot to do so. Some of the more useful locations here: Majestic spa for a cheap massage, Starbucks, Albertson's with a Bank of America ATM inside, Bank of America, red brick pizza and BaCchus wine cellar. Some of the more useless places: a terrible clothing shop that is next to Majestic spa, a fit gym where people coming from look anything but, a hair salon that seems to be only for specific cultures, a couple of really bad restaurants like Lucca, and Arco.
