This place used to be so great..... Under new management or…read moreowners, it's not great. We play a lot of softball in the area, and usually our whole team stays here....after this last visit I don't think that's happening. We had reservations that we needed to cancel (within the window) and asked if the depot could be applied to the 2nd reservation we had. We were told that wouldn't be a problem. Paid for the stay, and the following weekend I got a call from the office asking when we were going to be checking in. I informed her there was a mistake and we were only supposed to have the previous weeks stay. Well the deposit from the cancelled weekend was never applied and I was told that because they held the 2nd site (which they scheduled by mistake) I wasn't getting a refund. They yelled at the kids for "being too loud" in the pool during the day. And told me O needed to control where my dog pooped while I was walking him from our campsite (by the driving range) to the doggie area (by the entrance. And yes I picked up the poo and watered where he peed along the way.

We found a last minute site here on a holiday weekend. At first, it seemed a little loud with a…read morelarge group using the community center right next to us. But come to find out, it was an annual family event and they were a really great group. We used the play equipment, the golf range, and the heated pool (several times!) There were great amenities and super friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

Clean facilities| Great location to downtown…read more We rented a trailer and needed a place to stay that was not too far from amenities in Leavenworth. This was an excellent choice. This is a small little RV park and campground, but I love how the owners take excellent care of the place. One guy was always out planting and watering the plants and flowers. Another guy was literally cleaning the bathrooms several times in the day. The restrooms are nice and clean!! (Showers are available too here) The campsites are alright, but if you have preference and/or a group, I highly recommend getting the lots 31, 32, 33 area. Wow, more room, away from the main road, more trees, and a couple boulders to climb on. It looks bigger than the spot we had, which was spot 4, next to the restrooms. Firepits are very small, but we still used it to make s'mores. They also have a little enclosed basketball area. Sites 17-30 are basically next to the main road. You will hear the road noise, especially if you're camping in a tent, but I still like staying at this campground because there's not many other options for an RV park. Across the street is a gas station and Safeway. You're within a minute or two from downtown too. If you're into climbing, you're not that far from Icicle Creek climbing area either. We would stay here again with friends if we camped/rented a trailer again.
