So you have to touch it again to finish hand washing which I don't like. So then, I use my elbow or sanitizer after. Blow dryer instead of hand towels. Easy to get into rest stop and out. If they had drink vending machines like most do, it wasn't obvious but I didn't go around the back or sides to see. A very small amount of grass. Enough for your dog or small child to run around and get energy out. Feels safe during day. Can't remember lighting outside at night, but remember being glad my husband was there.

As soon as you walk inside stuff welcomes you with "hello welcome to loves". The place is easy to get in and out of right off I-90, which makes it convenient if you're just looking for a quick stop. The bathrooms were surprisingly clean. The store itself was stocked with the usual road-trip snacks, drinks, and travel gear. They've also got showers and a dog park, which is a nice touch if you're on the road with pets. There's a Carl's Jr. inside for when you want something more filling than gas-station food. Service was decent a couple staff were really friendly, others just kind of going through the motions, but nothing bad. I noticed was the wait times over at the truck care center. As usually, not truckstop fault that people want to take their breaks at the pump If you're rolling in with a rig and need repairs, you might be sitting for a while. For regular travelers though, fuel and quick food are smooth and easy. Overall, solid stop clean, convenient, and plenty of parking. Not perfect, but I'd definitely pull in here again when passing through Ritzville.

We were told after installation of electrical we had gone over the bid, we were over $2,000+. Even though our contract stated that we had to sign off for overages before the work was done. They chose to take it out of the savings we made on our HVAC system. They never responded to text or emails about bids for plumbing fixtures or tile. They verbally told us we were in budget. Then when we requested refund for money spent out of pocket for items in the bid they never responded. Nor did they refund. They refused to show us proof of receipts of where our money was spent on overages. We are out thousands. A week before the home was to be finished they stopped all communication. They did not even let us know the widow was in charge. The home was done over a month past the time they said it would be done. We had to find temporary housing. As for the rest of the business, we do not trust this company. We will never recommend or return to this place of business.

The bathroom was clean and the room was quiet. We stayed on the first floor behind the pool and never heard a sound from upstairs or people in the hallway or next door. The breakfast the next morning was complete and more food for breakfast than I've eaten for a long, long time. Well, let's see, what did I consume on that 7am food extravaganza: Delicious scrambled eggs, yummy bacon, perfect breakfast sausage and a wonderous strawberry waffle with whip cream. At that point I was sure I was either going to explode or have to roll out of the breakfast room. The coffee was very good, I think they had 4 or 6 different kinds, but I never saw decaf. Bad for the folks with heart conditions that! The clerk at the counter when we checked in was very kind and gracious and gave me great directions to Dairy Queen. Yummy vanilla cone time!
