It's beautiful, and very well maintained. Some sites are pretty tricky to get set up in, though. We booked Site 34, which is listed as, 'Up to 25ft.' Our trailer/truck combo is under 25ft, and there was no way to easily back in. Thankfully, the evening-host (Mike) saw us struggling, and told us to pick any other spot that might work. Hardly anyone else was even there so we wound up take taking two spots, haha. Be advised, spots 34 to 53 are beautifully grassy, mostly level-ish, and on the upper side---having quite the drop off to the lower level. Actually, every site, RV or tent, were beautiful grass. Cascade Campground - Campgrounds Near Me - Moses Lake, Washington

What a great campground. Tent and Rv sites on the waters edge. We were waiting for camping to be opened up from Covid lockdown. From Seattle and exploring Moses Lake we noticed the campground open as we drove by in our boat. When we got off the water we drove in and spoke to the camp host (wonderful lady- we love her) she was able to get us in for a night- so we canceled the hotel room, and so glad we did. We have been back every weekend since. Boat launch, and docks we can leave our boat in the water footsteps from out site. She has ice and fire wood bundles she sells right here. Restrooms (with flushing toilets and showers - hot water and great pressure) The grounds are well kept, clean and pretty quite. Great family place. Grass sites, room for the kids to run and play, swimming section, fire pits and tables. Last weekend some jackhole was blaring music, and hotrodding around on his quad, the host had it stopped within 10 min and not long after we seen the cops come in and shortly after he was driving out with all his stuff. So if your looking to party go elsewhere... another reason we LOVE it here!!! Calm and relaxing!! read more

Cascade Campground - View from upper RV area - Campgrounds Near Me - Moses Lake, Washington

We have been ripped off twice at this park while we sleep... i suggest you lock up everything if you go here as they have multiple thefts every couple of weeks according to the local police. There are no cameras installed... The lady who is on site is wonderful and we love dealing with her but apparently the city doesn't care about any of us as they have done nothing to prevent the scum from sneaking in and stealing camper's gear. They broker into my locked truck along with other cars between 4 and 6am, stealing wallets, tools, rc cars, food, purses, bags etc. They even stole little kids bikes... they should be ashamed to offer a camping place to stay (wonderful location) and not warn anyone about how bad it has become... again, shame on them!!! read more

Another lovely green expanse in Moses Lake. This peaceful park has some nice amenities for hanging out: 2 playgrounds, a couple of gazebos and some picnic tables and grills for hanging out, a swimming area, and two docks. Highlights of our visit: This park is immaculate, from the garbage areas greenery to the bathroom, very unusual for a public park. It is also very quiet, with no ambient road noise. Two elements detracted from our park experience: First, the small swimming area has no real beach for comfortable entry (with very slimy water). Second, nice trees are all separated, so there are only few places to enjoy a little private extensive shade where you don't have to sit close to others (a nice option for hot days like today when the few park goers include some loud, racist smokers I would have preferred to not have to listen to. read more

The entrance to the water has so many rocks I slipped and my knees started bleeding and the water is greenish and they don't even have a place to get all your piss and shit there is only one and you can only use it when you leave and there isent any other places so I don't recommend going here read more

a phone call is all it took...$32/tent-dry camp....and upwards per night!? ONLY a 7 night stay allowed!? Blue Algae on the Lake.. only open until Oct2019 (Summer only?)... wow.. I am not impressed.. in fact.. quite the opposite.. must be LA camping which I am not a fan... anyways.. Walmart is there.. and that's a better choice especially considering this Camp Ground.. thought it private.. NOPE, another Local Government Site.. must be planning to change zoning for another Commercial Industrial site.. go figure! read more

Nice little spot by a lovely little lake! Bathroom facilities were nice. Showers were hot with good water pressure. Grassy areas were clean and soft-- we had an excellent night sleep in our tent. We saw lots of people swimming and floating on rafts, kayaking and fishing. The only area you can't swim is right near the boat dock, and that's because it's an obvious safety hazard. There were lots if families and I could see how it would be so much fun for kids! read more

Campsite is very beautiful but the campers who live there are extremely loud at night up to 12 am blasting music and watching movies on a tv at full volume so anyone in a mile radius can hear, really spoils the camping experience and made it impossible to get any sleep after being on the road all day. After leaving the Coulee City area we were very excited to find this gem! It is a city park and they take very good care of it. Bonnie the camp host was fantastic and really takes pride in her job! We just loved her. The sites were grassy and level and so clean. Really nice spot! read more

We arrived Thursday 8/15/2013 afternoon, and the first thing we noticed was awful smell, and that our campsite was on a pretty significant slope. It was also dirty(trash, rotten banana peel, burned firewood pieces around fire ring, old pair of shoes). Then we noticed the no swimming signs everywhere. Who goes to lake and can't swim? We asked on the phone, and checked the website, and all it said was no swimming in the boat launch area, and moorage area, nothing about no swimming at the entire campsite. After speaking(basically arguing) with Spencer Grigg, all he would do is offer to refund 2 of our nights, but we would be stuck with the 3rd and the cancellation fees. He was sarcastic and argumentative, and only wanted to put the blame on us, for not reading the rules. His response was that he'd been there for 23 years, and it's never been a problem. Well Spencer, you should read the other reviews on the internet, because clearly, we're not the only ones! He also said they would be updating their website, to make it more clear that there is no swimming anywhere. If you need to update your website, then it's obviously not properly informing people on the rules. It's misleading, and incomplete of all the information you would need to make an informed decision! If the rules had said no swimming at the docks, or anywhere in the campsite, we would not have drove the 3 hours to stay there! Bottom line, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, OR MONEY WITH CASCADE CAMPGROUNDS! There are plenty of other campsites with swimming, fishing, and clean sites, that you can go have fun at. We ended up staying at Thousand Trails in Crescent Bar, and had a great time! read more
