Online The morning of And I called to reschedule due to unforeseen-unavoidable circumstance and I was told that I would be charged 50% of the service with no excuses just to move the appt. 45 mins. Sandals gives a fantastic pedicure! Cleanest salon and very sanitary. They are a little pricier but you get what you pay for. The last pedicure I had lasted a lot longer than I expected. read more

I have been a customer of this salon off and on for a while. I recently got a gel manicure that lasted about 3 days before the polish started chipping off in chunks. The last time I was there I got a pedicure that left me with a bloody toe. The prices are much higher than other salons in the area.I will not be going back. read more

I've been there twice for a pedicure and both times the quality of service was excellent.

After being a loyal regular customer for over 3 years, I walked into a 1115 appt at 1120 and was told they couldn't take me since I missed my appt. I have never been late or been a no show and there were only 3 customers in shop. This doesn't even count the endless times I went early or on time and had to wait for them for another 15-20 minutes since they were running late. But I guess they don't remember that. I have always tipped at least 20% if not more for all my services. They request you arrive 15 mins ahead but there were extenuating circumstances this time and it's NEVER happened before. And NO phone call or text message to inquire regarding my appt. which is oppposite of how I always get text & email reminders. So me and my aunt went about I say 3 maybe 4 weeks ago and I've noticed that the nail polish is falling off in chunks and it was super expensive 129$!!!!! For some toe nails to be painted but it was really nice they gave me scents for the smell and the vibe was really nice. Owner set up this rule to be there 15 minutes before your appointment time but never said why. I thought it was to give you enough time to pick out your polish . I got there 5 minutes before my appointment time. She gave my appointment to someone else. I was furious. I have been a regular customer for 3 years. I asked her ,"you know I am a regular customer." She said how did I know you weren't coming? Very poor business management. I am a good tipper too, They will be losing a lot of business with me! read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Terrible salon and overpriced! A child's service cost $30 for painting nails and toes. I am okay with paying that price for a quality service, however, when I took my daughter and niece (ages 6 and 4) to get their nails done at 2pm by 6:30pm most of the polish had peeled and/or chipped off. I went back to share with the manager who told me that it's normal and that the polish doesn't last. She continued to say that her polish only lasts a few hours (which I find strange considering people wanting to get their nails done are looking to have the polish last a last a week or two). I explained I have gone to other salons (who charge much less) and the polish as lasted at least a couple of days before chipping to which she said not to compare her to other salons. That's fair, since her salon is by far the worst I've ever been to. She refused to offer a refund of any kind and said I can bring them back but I said unfortunately it's not worth the time and energy if it will peel off again. To add, all the kids got was a paint job. It's not like they received any special spa services with the paint job. Overall, this is unacceptable service and they should be ashamed to be in this business. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that will at least give you a couple days of polish instead of a few hours especially since she says her polish only last that long anyway. I'm waiting to see the outcome of my pedicure since she told that too won't last. read more

Just checked this place out. They took me immediately as a walk in. Salon is clean & well kept. My tech, Jennifer was very sweet. I got the regular pedicure because let's face it, a spa pedi is always gonna be great. It was definitely a fast pedi but nails cut & shaped, cuticles trimmed, legs & feet exfoliated & massaged, & polish perfectly applied. Will be going back regularly. Highly recommend. read more

Ok. Well I called for an appointment and was given 1:00 pm. Just a simple manicure! Waited till 1:35 and when I asked why the very snippy response was I should have gotten there 15 minutes early! I have been to this nail salon twice and both times I have gotten gel manicure and both times they start chipping the same day! I go back to have them fixed and they started chipping again that day! I am done! Waste of money! I would never recommend and my family and friends have stopped going as well because they have the same problem. I understand the hard hours people in any job go through, especially in a job where you have to interact with multiple people of all temperaments. I was really disappointed to know that a specific lady on the second table (didn't introduced herself) was upset to be working while her boss "take her son to da beach" and she had been "working for seven days in a row" right off the bat she was making remarks of how bad her life and job is, clearly this lady was not enjoying her job and thought the manicure kept making negative remarks like "ugh I'm done with this, I'm done with this" and kept pulling my hands and not being gentle at all with the drill to the point she cut my left ring finger. I understand accidents happen but all the rescue ring jabs at my hands and the cut on my finger are the effect of the lady's negative attitude and energy. When she was done with the session I payed walked out and noticed outside that my nails did not look good at all I felt bad to say anything and perhaps get her in trouble but after talking to a friend she said I had to say something there's no way I pay for bad service and bad work. I rounded up the courage to say something and came back the next day I had my fingers dipped in thinner for 40 minutes while the same lady that butchered my nails was upset bc I said something and left me soaking while she proceeded to do a different clients nails. The manager noticed I was there for a while and then took me to her desk she was not much help and fixed the rest of the nails but she left it worse than how I came the day before. When the manager/owner was done she said "it's okay you don't have to pay" I think I should have had my money back! Anyway I just walked out at that point I had given up I will no longer be returning. I recently got my nails done and I have to say that my tech was very sweet. I was charged for the shape that I desired which was coffin. My nails are not by any means coffin shaped. I got regular Opi polish in white and it turned yellow in one day and when I got home I realized it was thick and bumpy. I messaged the nail spa and told them what happened and their response was that they would fix it but I would have to pay to have them re-done. I'm not sure where they've learned their customer service skills from but I think that it may be time for a serious brush up course. Needless to say I don't recommend this place there are many other places you can go that will appreciate your business in these hard times. read more
