Our guide was awesome! Her name is Ebony and she was great with our group of 6 players. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We got a good deal by taking advantage of the matinee pricing on a weekday. Garage Parking is validated but we got a spot right in front of Sandbox VR. The games were so fun and everyone had a great time. We did two experiences: Squid Games and Rebel Moon. Overall, this place is recommended for a family/friends outing or a special occasion. The Fort Worth location is the best choice. My 1st visit back in 2023 was phenomenal. Loved it. Excellent, enthusiastic, helpful, energetic staffing & i definitely was "wowed" by the experience. 2nd visit was 2026. Not as good as my 1st experience because the VR headset was a little blurry but still had tons of fun. 3rd visit was at the Dallas location. I do not recommend, the vest was not interactive, staffing didn't really attend to our concerns of extreme lag in the game & nonreactive equipment which we mentioned several times throughout the game....AND WITH ALL OF THAT I STILL WAS WOWED AND HAD A BLAST! Went with my 9yr old grandson on Friday afternoon. There were not a lot of people so we were able to take our time and ask plenty of questions. The lady working that day was terrific. She explained everything well and set us up. The game was about 30 min in a room by ourselves. We purchased a snack box on the way out. The game was $57 per person. There are a bunch of game options to choose from. You will also be able to download a short video of the match. I will be bringing my older grandson another day. Had lots of fun. read more

Came here for kids Birthday party. They have 4 areas where Vr takes place and offer numerous VR games. You get roughly 30-45 minutes with a game, dependent on how much time takes to get equipment on. It is very interactive and has the kids sweating. Outside of some event issues with the location, ie communication issues from what i was told on the phone to wha the store told me it was a good experience. Hannah helped make the experience great and had it flowing seamlessly. read more

Great time fighting Zombies with my wife & son. We have been back several times. This was 45 minutes of action.

THE MOST FUN TIME! I accidentally made a reservation for the next week instead of today, but they were super nice and accommodated us today instead. We started with our instructor immediately and they carefully explained the instructions. We played Deadwood Mansion and it was a blast! The zombies looked real and the visual/physical/sound effects are top notch! The shooting/reload mechanics are very simple and easy to play! The zombies really felt like they were right next to us- amazingly scary! We were definitely immersed in the game. At the end, you get to watch a short video of your group playing the game and with audio clips from you too! It is super cool and well made, a nice surprise for sure. Definitely want to come back and try the other games! A great first VR experience! read more

Simply put, an amazing experience. It is located in downtown Fort Worth and they validate parking. In any case, you can pick from six different VR realities, 2 zombie, a Star Trek one, pirate adventure, space, etc. You arrive and get signed in and then suited up, with vest, ankle and wrist sensors and then enter the play area. The give you your weapon and VR headset. It is the most intense VR experience that I have ever participated in. For instance, if a zombie bites your shoulder, you feel it (not painful). Of course, we had a screamer in our group (especially when the virtual rats came). Bottom line, everyone should be able to find one VR experience to pick from and up to 6 people can participate. In any case, the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a bit pricy ($50 per person), but we'll worth it. read more

This place was so much more fun than I expected. We played a zombie VR and they even gave us a link to the gameplay as well as the footage from the camera in the room. I highly recommend going with some friends! I would say head to the bars after but you might get a little sweaty. This place was so much fun! I chickened out halfway through because I DO NOT do heights, but I will be going back to do the Deadwood Mansion. The game I choose on this particular outing was the alien adventure. If you have issues with heights like I do, this ain't for you. If heights aren't an issue for you, you'll love this game. I had fun unaliving the aliens while I was playing. It was my birthday so at the end of the game ( I watched my bunk buddy play the rest of the way on the monitor) they threw me a virtual reality party! How sweet & adorable was that?! VERY! I would definitely make reservations. I would hate for a group to pop up and can't get to play the awesome games they have available. They do have a kid friendly game if you have little ones. Came in on a Sunday as a party of two and had a Blast! We did not have a reservation but they were able to accommodate us since it was slower than usual. Our attendant was super sweet & knowledgeable-The equipment was clean and modern. We did the Zombie experience and it was so realistic and fun. read more

I took my son and a friend here. I had fun. The kids said they had fun also but you know these pre teens. There was a lot of cussing in the game we played. Lol. I didn't know that. One thing I would say is if they had a more kid friendly game that didn't have the cussing in it. That would be my only suggestion. I don't even know if that is possible. Just a suggestion. I booked the Deadwood Valley experience with 4 friends (5 total people) for an 1100 game. We were met by Carley who led us immediately to the check-in and waiver signing. She gave us a bit of info as we filled out the forms, then moved us into the fitting area. Carley was a great help getting us into the wrist and ankle straps correctly. She was also able to answer all our questions about the game and the experience. She was very knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process - which is a bit time intensive and complicated. The estimates online are pretty spot on for setup and "training" but she made it about as easy as possible. Once suited up, we got ready to play. The game itself is pretty straightforward - point and shoot and touch fallen teammates to revive them. Which may sound droll, but holy cow I'm thankful it wasn't more complicated than that! The game is so intense and action-packed! I felt like there was very little downtime, which was nice. It even had a story attached to the gameplay which provided an interesting "choice" at the end. Really fun, really stressful - will try again! When booking, I thought the experience seemed short with ~30 minutes, but I have to admit I'm not sure I could have lasted much longer than that. It felt much longer in the game, but I definitely left wanting to come back for more. In the end, they show you a fun trailer video of you and your group in the game. Really awesome finale for an overall great experience. You even get a QR code to download a copy of the video yourself! Definitely give this place a shot. read more

My party and I were unable to play due to the loud piercing screaming (14 year-old birthday party) coming from the room next door. The screams seemed to reverberate and intensify through our headsets. We couldn't hear the tutorial of the game and we all had to take our headsets off due to pain. The employees and manager said that there was nothing they could do to fix the situation. The manager was completely unapologetic and didn't care about our experience. He didnt even want to refund us. It was a very horrible experience. read more

My first experience at this place was actually really good, so good in fact I booked another time slot immediately after to bring my friends. Unfortunately, this second time around was an absolute waste of money and I immediately regretted spending money on this experience. The employee was rude from the start to my entire group and was giving an attitude for absolutely no reason. Our gear was not working properly (I know this because like I said I had gone before so I knew what to expect). The headphones were not functioning properly, we were unable to talk to each other, and while I'm raising my hand and notifying her (like they tell us to do from the beginning) she continues to allow the game to move forward. My friends, who were experiencing this for the first time were missing the entire tutorial and were continuing to ask for assistance. This isn't a cheap experience, so it is especially irritating that we're charged to not get the full experience. Anyways she continued to talk real low and whisper so we proceeded to ask her to speak up so that we could hear her since there were multiple groups there enjoying their time (as they should) so it was pretty loud inside. After she refused to assist us with the gear I began to take off my headset so that I could make sure she was hearing us, because it could've been possible that it was so loud that she wasn't hearing us either. She then decided to threaten me with kicking out my group for not complying and that was the last straw for me. I asked for the manager and she replied with "sure but he's just going to take my side anyway." The manager came and I explained the situation and she then tried to say I never raised my hand to ask for help and I called her out on it. I told the manager at the end of the day I just want to enjoy the time with my friends so can we just get the headphone issue resolved. He was able to fix the headphones but even afterwards she still had an attitude with us during the presentation of the video they take of you. Looking back on it and discussing with my group there were better ways to resolve this. For instance swapping the employee with someone else (give both parties distance from each other) or even rescheduling because so much time was wasted at that point. Obviously multiple ways to skin that cat. I'd definitely recommend any or additional training on customer support or interaction. Anyways after we discussed further I have to say I'm extremely disappointed with this experience and it was bad enough to tarnish my first experience. Personally I do not intend on recommending this location to anyone again and it'll be the last time I go to this one. Unbiased opinion, the concept and play is fun for sure. I would just find a different location. read more
