Got the releases so as soon as we entered we were ready to go. Employee was pleasant. She had another group before us so she set them up first but was clear in communication. We got set up in our gear while we waited. We decided we wanted something relaxing so went for the dinosaur adventure. Just didn't feel like getting all worked up fighting. It was really terrific. I love how immersive these experiences are recommend trying at least once. At one point my screen glitched but she was going by right when it happened so she reset it and we were back up very quickly. Again, I highly recommend this, whichever adventure you choose.

We were able to share the two headsets between the 4 of us. My kids enjoyed playing Dick Wilde 2 together and it was hilarious watching them react to the game. Once it was my turn my son and I played a zombie horde game that was one of the most fun gaming experiences I've ever had. If you haven't tried VR yet I strongly suggest visiting. The owners are super helpful and friendly and made sure we all understood how the equipment worked before getting started. They continued to help us as we played, recommending games and telling us how to set up multiplayer rooms. This meant none of our time was wasted trying to figure it out. We're usually there 20 minutes before open and even then we can wait forever to finally get in. It's worth the price, but I wish they would do presale or something similar.

We sent our Meta Quest 2 headset and controllers at their request in to be repaired. They said it…read morecouldn't be repaired but they would offer us a replacement for $159.00 since the other was not repairable. We bought the replacement headset and when it arrived our controllers were not with it they sent just a headset which is useless without our controllers. We have made multiple attempts to get our controllers back. We are told they were lost in their warehouse and we would be contacted via e-mail by their "internal team"! After weeks of waiting and multiple attempts and hours chatting on line with Meta Quest Support we finally received an e-mail that there was no update on what happened to our controllers. This company stold our controllers and refuses to return them. It has been a month now and all communication has stopped from them. All we are asking is that they return our controllers! Now!
