Had to call in as locksmith when the lock failed to open a door due to a latch problem. Turning the…read morehandle did not retract the latch, so the door could not be opened. Even using a screwdriver to manually turn the latch wouldn't work because the latch had failed mechanically. Anyway, the locksmith showed up as scheduled. He immediately understood the problem as I explained it to him, got his tools, and quickly went to work. He had to pry the latch out in pieces as it would not retract, no matter what he did. Long story short...I am a happy customer of Beach Locksmith. He installed a replacement lock for me, and charged me a reasonable price.

Every condo on property is a 2 BR 2 bath with a fully equipped kitchen, large balcony and washer/dryer. Room was very clean , beds were kind of hard not the most comfortable. Great water pressure in the showers (always a thing I look for when traveling). Mostly pros with this place but cons are - the smell inside the main lobby made me nauseous. They had these air fresheners on the walls pumping out a vanilla smelling scent that was overbearing and made me sick. The room had a chemical type Oder but I bring my own Lysol spray everywhere which took care of that smell. The bar was closed the entire time , not sure why. There were close enough bars surrounding the property. Overall I would stay here again for the value.

Love the inside of Resort. It is very nice with a Mexican restaurant on property. Plus the rooms have 2 full bathrooms!!! This is a great resort once you get past the outside which is very dated. We were in the room 5 minutes and saw 3 German cockroaches, bloodstains and hair on multiple layers of sheets and bedding on one bed, and some kind of yellow and black stains on the other bed's sheets. It looked like someone walked on it in shoes and then peed on it. The parking lot was crawling with legitimate crackheads. One asked me to buy him a drink if he gave me money, he looked 40 so I have no idea what that was about. Don't go here, sleep in your car if you have to, but not in that parking lot. You'll most likely die. UPDATE: the management of Aladdin Motel/OYO Rooms are fully denying me any refund of $400 because "there was absolutely nothing wrong" with the room. Which I only spent 5 minutes in and then left and never came back. So they just got a free $400 from a disabled woman and probably rented out the same room and got more money too for that absolutely unacceptable, filthy, disgusting, and the only time I've ever rejected a motel or hotel room in my life.

We discussed the length of the job and he also discussed the steps that be required to get this job done. As she stressed upfront most to the EPA and local government for permitting to build he required a $2500 deposit to require and gain permission and permission through permitting to do The job.. As time went on, we started building the home Darrell and then the property and he said he was waiting for replies back from different departments that submitted permitting to the house became complete. We became complete owners and moved in in 20 still no no answers from Darrell making a long story short Darrell kept $2500 asshole never gave me nothing back to find out no required on my body of water here in Palm Bay, Florida. I do not recommend anyone dealing with a crook thief and liar that Darrell is take this as your warning.

I have to agree, unfortunately, with the three star rating. Dear first issue was the room they…read moreassigned us did not have a working air conditioner. Some of the other issues were that a large group of us had booked our rooms at the same time however, our rooms were everywhere on property from the second floor to the eighth floor . Would've been nice to be within a floor or two with each other but that's OK. However, the folks who were on the second floor had an awful awful view of dead foliage. There were numerous things that needed to be updated. Let's start with the bathroom, the bathrooms, although appear to be updated., however f you were trying to take a shower, you could not get the water from the shower head but only through the bathtub faucet.. The toilet seat is absolutely gross. It's been torn up a lot and had lots of gouges in it, which harbor germs so that was gross. The hairdryer did not work in either room. The dishwasher that was opened to put dishes in stunk terribly, such an awful smell that I washed every dish before I used it because the smell was so awful and I wasn't sure if they were properly cleaned.. Beyond that the ceiling fan pulls were so rusted they broke off in my hand. The "" patio furniture was so used up from the previous season that if you sat in it, you sunk way down. The elevator was out for several hours. Which would not have been an issue if we didn't have people with us who could not climb stairs so that caused everybody to sit outside in the hot sun until the elevators were working again. There were kids playing in the pool with a volleyball and not disturbing anybody else in the pool but management came out and took the ball away from them which was kind of sad cause they weren't being obnoxious they were just playing nicely so I wasn't sure what that was about. The pool rules say nothing about having a toy in them, so I'm not quite sure what the pool rules are except the way the management had come out and yelled at these kids for using the ball, they were not my kids. I didn't know any of them, but they were all playing politely and nicely and now the pool rule does not say DO NOT have a ball in the pool ior any toys in there. In the past, some of our group has been yelled out about having a floaty in the pool so we don't ever bring one ever since then. A lot of the foliage obviously died in the past winter and is still staring at you without new growth. The washer again has the washer and dryer smelled terrible. Basically they have come way down from a gold crown resort which is a shame because this used to be an awesome place to stay however they need to fix an update things.
