Took in my sons dirt bike for a diagnostic. They called me and told me what they believed the issue to be and I wanted to take it somewhere else to get a second opinion. I arrive to get the bike and pay for the diagnostic. He brings it out and it's in pieces still. I asked him why and he told me that I didn't pay to get it put back together. I then told him if it was gunna come back in pieces that it should be disclosed from the beginning. He told me that I needed to pay an extra $195 to get it put back together! He then proceeds to tell me why do you want it back together? So you can go scam somebody? Like excuse me sir? No actually it's because I believe you are trying to scam ME and I wanted a second opinion. Prior to picking up we had been nothing but kind and respectful. Weird and rude guy! He doesn't want to do business. I did an estimate to replace my motorcycle Yamaha XVS 1100 tires. I called him to postpone the date because it was raining a lot. He didn't remember we had an appointment but told me it was not a problem. He asked me if I would bring the tires or buy the tires with him. My response was I would buy the tires with him. 4 days after he asked me about the tires and 1 day before the day I would do the replacement, I asked him how much would be the labor if I bring him the tires? He answered me that he was very busy and could not do the job. I told him that he gave me the clue to bring the tires, and he, after some silence, told me he changed his mind and he was too busy to replace the tires. I told him I could wait, but he didn't want to do the job. He is very cold e he doesn't know how to treat well a customer. Weird guy. read more

Horrible experience, the staff is very rude over $40. on a $4k deal they literally told us to take our business elsewhere in about 30 seconds. All we asked is that we don't pay for a sticker set they put on the bike that we didn't ask for and they gave us the worst attitude. I was beside myself at the way the salesmen spoke to us. We came in with all cash and knew what we wanted before we arrived. In the ad the bike didn't have the stickers and showed a price, when we arrived the stickers were on and the price changed. Bait and switch in my opinion but they claimed not. We sucked it up and purchased anyway since we went all the way there and we are not that petty but wanted the world to know they are very rude and don't believe what the ad says make sure you make them say the exact total price before you arrive! Also, they kept us there for hours by talking to many other people and walking away from us while doing our paper work. Why are you taking care of other people while I sit here waiting to pay? I took my quad to the mechanic because it wasn't turning on and it would just make a clicking noise so I took it , and the mechanic was a very nice guy, but the white guy in the front desk was a complete asshole and was being rude for no reason, he didn't want to take my quad in to check what was wrong with it and came up with some bullshit, and to continue he was a complete asshole to my dad, my dad just asked a simple question and he came with the ugliest response ever never coming back for sure read more

Had a horrible experience. Took my two rear tires to get new tires. It took two days for them to try to put them on. They told me to take them to a tire shop to get them on. But they still charged me $195. I will never go there again. read more

If your into motocross this is the best shop in Tulare county for sure. They have a lot of parts that you need for racing. If you need a new Kawasaki or Suzuki they have competitive prices. Plus they are nice, knowledgeable and helpful. read more
