She made a very tedious situation enjoyable after we've been all over the city trying to print posters she made our day! It took me a minute to get my bearings here because it is set up so differently than my usual Office Depot. But exploring this location as I hunted for our standard mailing labels showed me some really cool items that I had been overlooking! Now I have a HUGE mental upgrade to my Christmas shopping list! What was really awesome was the cashier. One cashier was backed up with a customer who needed a lot of assistance. But as soon as I got in line, another cashier stopped what he was doing to come assist me so I wouldn't have to wait. He was super courteous and helpful! read more

Customary greeting upon arrival, ask about specific product location, and received adequate response. I found Clerk working in department. NO one else in the store. I was the only customer, NOT busy. Clerk took one look at me and walked off. No greeting, No help, No customer service, he looked miserable, sour, and angry. I could not find what I was looking for and finally gave up and left. I thought about asking manager if there was a problem, something I'm wearing, something about me, or if the guy was simply lazy and terrible at customer service, but decided it's not my job to fix their problems. If manager doesn't know, or doesn't care, that's up to them. BTW, Walked, Literally walked over to Target (They share same parking lot) and found item 25% less. Went to Target, found my item, paid 25% less and left in less time than I spent waiting for help in Office Depot. read more

I've been a corporate customer for 15 years.. We placed all our print services through this location's print services department as well. Staff behind the print services desk have no training; staff shrugged shoulders twice yesterday, once when I asked what size posters OD could create for me. This business model, or lack thereof, will be the downfall of OD. read more

This isn't going to be a very long review, because I have not been in the store. However, I ordered something for curbside pickup, and the experience was the best I've had in Albuquerque. I had to pick up from two different Office Depots, and they were both excellent. The app check-in worked, the runner came out immediately, everything was labeled, the person who delivered was friendly and acted like they were happy to be doing it, and they were wearing masks. 10 out of 10 in the pandemic era! read more

As soon as I walked in, they asked if they could help me find anything. I smiled and said "Not right now" , my mistake. You won't get asked again. I was wandering around the store for about 40 minutes, looking for someone to help me. No one was around because they only had TWO people working on a Saturday. :-( so I don't fault the employees. the line was super backed up, I wanted to buy some office furniture but I'll just order what I need online. I ended up leaving with nothing. I gave 2 stars because at least they asked if I needed help but were no where to be found once I did. It's a office store...what's left to say. I went specifically looking for a type of lined paper, yea I know that sounds funny. but oh well. My friend said they have it at Office Max. Well, I wasn't near OM was near Office Depot. So I ventured in. I wasted time looking for it on my own, until a salesperson comes up to ask if I need help. I explain what I'm looking for, and they don't carry it. "Well," I told him, "they have it at Office Max." He replied, "We own Office Max now, so that's okay." I looked him straight in the eye, and said, "then why don't you have the same stuff?" Bugged. Walked out and days later when it was more convenient for me, I had to go to Office Max. Bleh. read more

I would give them no stars if that had been an option. Why does your website show the item in stock, but once I purchase it, then suddenly it's only available for shipping? Do you not know what is in your store? Amazon will deliver cheaper and sooner, what is your purpose? The ONLY reason to even have a brick and mortar store is to be able to buy it and get it today. Since you cannot accomplish that task perhaps it is time you accept you are no longer capable of meeting your customers needs and find a profession that doesn't require any real work. Left my shop where I was working on holiday prep so I could make it in time to buy labels. Got there 15 minutes before closing time and the entire store was locked up. Rang the bell and the person who came said they closed early. No apology, no nothing. Explained that I needed just 3 packs of labels, would take less than 2 minutes. They said no and relocked the door. Called and asked for the manager and was hung up on. So frustrating. Worst service ever. read more

This store always has an awful smell when you walk in. Signage is difficult to find some areas of the store. The staff is nice and helpful when you can find them on the floor. Prices are good though their competitors have more selections. read more

You know Office Depot. To that end, their management and marketing strategies have been incredibly effective. It's the epitome of chain effectiveness and execution. Need office stuff you can get it here? Computer stuff, got that, too. Interestingly, Office Depot has been getting creative in its product offerings, putting forth things like candy and DVDs. These are what are commonly known as impulse buys, and you find them near the registers. I've never been moved to pick up a copy of "The Notebook" (dreamy as Ryan Gosling is) while waiting to pay for an optical mouse, but hey, who knows. I suppose the best thing about Office Depot is that you can order online and save an actual trip to their facilities, so points for that. read more

Been to this location two times now and both times have been exceptional, quick, and pain free!! I needed documents scanned and put onto my thumb drive because let's face it I'm just too high maintenance to do it myself lol, that's what makes coming here so convenient! At only $.20 a page you can't beat it! First time I came in I wasn't quite sure how it all works but you just give your documents to the Office Depot staff member and from there you just wait. Don't forget your thumb drive or floppy disk...lol...thumb drive is the new normal! Or you can even have them email the documents right there. You can also email the store before you go in so that they can print any documents you need! The copy machines are self serve and easy and convenient as well if you need to get multiple tasks done at once. They even have snacks readily available at the registers...well played Office Depot! Mariah helped me today she was very polite and professional and even made two copies on my thumb drive just in case...thanks girl!! Two thumbs and two big toes way up!! read more
