I went to the shop and was greeted by Ben who was very friendly and was able to give a detailed diagnostic of my car. I even received a break down of what my car needed along with cost for each service. Not only were there pictures but also videos of what's wrong with the car explaining how that affects the car. My car needed to remove and replace the serpentine belt tensioner and idler pulley and everything was done by the end of the day. You can tell they really care about the quality of their service by how clean and organized their garage is. There's also drinks and snacks while you wait. Ben also gave me a free shirt!

Well, after I authorized him to repair the transmission....he said that he would give me a 1 year warranty. So, he kept my car for another 6 mos......dodging all of my calls, and making up B.S. excuses about why my car wasn't ready!
