Four of us met at this landmark breakfast spot in downtown Dunedin. The inside was very charming with lots of churches for sale. We got here at 10:00 & took an outdoor table. The breakfast menu was very appealing with quesadillas, breakfast bowls, omelettes, oatmeal, waffles, avocado, toast, eggs, Benedict, and breakfast sandwiches. Breakfast was delicious, portions were generous & all of us enjoyed.

This place was fine. Everyone raves about how they roast their coffee here, but it wasn't for me. I had an iced coffee, so maybe that was a mistake to truly taste it. I had a veggie sandwich and it came with a side chips, which was just lays in a bag. Service was a bit slow, maybe it was more difficult since we were outside. Anyway, sadly I'm not rushing to come back here.

We were looking for a quick breakfast - glad we stopped in! This is a local Spot - the owner greeted us and we were seated really fast. They have bowls, quesadillas and omelets - you really can't go wrong! I had the veggie bowl - tons of potatoes and sauteed spinach. The pico was delish and so was the guacamole. I also couldn't pass up an order of Cuban toast. There's tons of seating on their patio and there are some tables inside as well. It has a small cafe type feel - really down home. If you're in the area give them a try!

While waiting for our car to get an oil change down the street we stopped in to Sand Piper for a relaxing breakfast. This is one of our favorite breakfast spots in downtown Dunedin. I had the BMT Quesadilla. It is a full breakfast with eggs, bacon, mushrooms and more, delicious. My wife had the Eggs Benedict with breakfast potatoes, also great. We will continue to dine here when downtown in the morning.

Had outdoor seating - limited. Food was great - service was not friendly. Felt like they just wanted us out.

Super cute tiny little coffee/breakfast stop in downtown Dunedin. It was a freezing cold morning when we stopped in so I would complain that the restaurant was cold BUT I know we aren't equipped for that here in Florida so it probably wasn't the restaurants fault. I got a caramel latte to drink which was big and beautiful and warm. For food I got eggs benedict. It was served fresh and the portion size was pretty big. My eggs were cooked pretty well and there was plenty of sauce for the dish. My nephew got a waffle which I ended up trying because he wasn't feeling it, but I thought it was really delicious. And it comes with fresh fruit, which is always a bonus in my book.

This place never ceases to impress! A true gem in the heart of Dunedin. The service is top notch every time. We have been especially impressed with the expert hospitality demonstrated by servers Luke, Julia, Nick, and Avalon. They deserve a raise! Our orders are always correct and they go the extra mile to make sure every aspect is just right. Every time we come here we are greeted with a friendly smile. If you want great food and friendly, fast service to boot, this is your place!

I got the honey cinnamon latte which wasn't anything special but I felt awake after one shot. He ordered a caramel latte and again good but nothing to note. Lots of coffee for the price? The danish was good, not a super sweet cheese and a light honey coat on the outside blending for a lightly sweet treat.

I came on a Sunday and the place was busy, but I'm sure that's something that they're use to. Everyone there was really nice. That's one thing I'll say for Dunedin, it seems like everyone here is friendly and loves dogs, but I digress. Looking at the menu, I felt like a lot of the items were expensive for what they were. a Croissant sandwich with egg cheese and a protein was $15, not including coffee, and I"m looking at the size of the croissants that by themselves are priced at almost $6 and I'm totally confused because they look like those mini croissants, not even full sized. I asked about their cinnamon rolls and apparently they're made fresh daily. It was good, definitely fresh. I also ordered a 14 oz cappuccino and those two items came out to $13. when she handed me the 14 oz drink I moved it up and down, my brain trying to process if maybe what I actually read was 4 oz and not 14. I handed the drink to my friend and asked her: "Does this feel like 14 ounces to you?" She grabbed it and gave me a funny look, "did they give you the right drink? This feels almost empty." "Exactly." I said back to her. She had ordered a black coffee with light sugar. They told her it was a medium blend but either they skimped on the amount of coffee or added more water than needed because this tasted almost like tea with how light it was. We both left feeling deflated, especially since we had allowed ourselves to get our hopes up. It's a good thing Dunedin has lots of breakfast places, we ended up having a great one at another place for cheaper.

It seems like something you would walk by and miss but I am glad we came here. When you walk in, don't expect laptop customers or noisy crowd. It is more of a quiet, light conversation crowd. I ordered a nice cold Chai latte. I ordered it with an addition of Irish cream. At first, I was expecting her to pull out the usual Bailey's. She added an authentic rich Irish cream. We were waited on right away. Not only were we waited on right away, but it was by TWO of the employees. They were super friendly. I ordered an Americana and my Husband ordered a Cafe Mocha. The coffee was cheap and tasted delicious. I had their equivalent of a large and it was around $3. My Husband loved his cafe mocha as well. I loved the decor. The bathroom was really cool too because they had a bookshelf full of books that they also sell. I thought that was a neat touch for a coffee house. We loved Cappuccino and will visit again when we are in Dunedin.
