Response to my appointment requests has been fast. Time is taken to respond to any and all questions. They all respect my digging in and doing my own research before seeing them. My most recent experience was in Physical Therapy, and it was great! Elisa built a home stretching and exercise program for me and worked with me to integrate it into my daily routine. My first TKR recovery went well and at 8 weeks I was back to work with no restrictions! The second TKR went even smoother than the first. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and patient with me in explaining benefits and how much I would be paying per visit. While I was there, I noticed the front office employees dealing with clients in the exact same professional yet polite manner. Dr. Felix Guerra knew exactly how to start strengthening the muscles that surround my lower back to ease some of the pain. He also gave me a handout to take home with the exercises so I can keep doing them between visits. I woke up this morning and was able to get up with better mobility than I have in a long time.
