Probably by far the best pain Dr I have worked with…read more He actually cares and listens to my concerns He's not a pill pusher and he is concerned when psychiatrist over prescribed medication. I am truly grateful to have him.

If you are in denial that you are being taken for a financial ride, but desperate for the…read moremedication that he prescribes, then he's your doctor. Considering the generic version of this medication cost $5 with insurance, and the non generic cost $20 with insurance (and there are coupons on goodrx.com to cover the non insured), being forced to come to the office on a weekly basis and pay $150 out of pocket sure feels like a rip off. Not to mention the inconvenience of leaving work or home to drive to a weekly doctor's appointment, especially during traffic, is not doable for most people. He refuses to do what most providers of this medication generally do, and that is give you a month's worth of prescriptions. He makes more money forcing you to come in for a weekly visit. $150x4=600 a month+$20x4=$80 a month=$680 a month you're paying to receive a medication that can be prescribed on a monthly basis. My previous doctor charged no more than an initial fee, followed by $100 for a monthly appointment and a prescription. I give an extra star for the entertainment provided in the waiting room (that would be other patients). To reiterate, if you are in quick need of this medication, he is the doctor to see, but be prepared to also pay an initial fee (which I believe was either $300 or $350), on top of a regular weekly fee. Parking is easy and access to the building is convenient from the outside. However, I did not see an elevator, and his office is located on the second floor. There must be an elevator somewhere for those who are in need of one. Where though, I do not know. You might want to inquire about its location within the building if you are handicapped or disabled. As for the doctor's demeanor and beside manner, he was a pleasant person to deal with but I feel if you were to question him too much, or confront him, or push too hard, he would cut you off as a patient. This is simply my opinion based on what I feel and what I have read on other review boards.

Excellent Surgery... Abysmal Follow-up…read more I saw Dr. Agolini for a hernia repair and had a great experience. However, 2 years later I returned with severe pain at the surgery site, worried the repair had failed due to a recent pregnancy. That consult was the worst I've ever had. Dr. Agolini was defensive and dismissed my symptoms as "psychosomatic," explaining the term (which I already knew) in a patronizing, mansplaining way. This kind of dismissal of young women in medicine is far too common, and the experience was genuinely traumatizing. I had to push just to get a CT scan referral. While he is highly skilled technically, and had a great bedside manner during the original procedure, he did not treat my follow-up concerns with respect. His ego seemed bruised at my suggestion that the repair might have failed. (By the way, It turned out the pain was NOT in my head, which, again, I already knew. I later received a diagnosis from a different doctor for a separate condition and was treated for it.)

I had never heard of Dr. Agolini when I first met him in the hospital, but just his bedside manner and confidence reflected how wonderful of a doctor he was. I am a medical professional with over a decade of experience and I can't recommend Dr. agolini enough. 10/10 experience

First, I will say I am happy with their service and operations. However, the instructions that…read moreFCRS provides for colonoscopy prep are extreme compared to respected medical sources and sites -- sites such as Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic, MedlinePlus.com, gastrointestinal medical associations, and more. For example, they want you to stop all consumption 6 hours before just arrival at their office, which is at least 1 hour before anesthesia and surgery. This is opposed to the advice of the American Society of Anesthesiologists. According to their current guidelines, most healthy patients should stop drinking liquids, including clear liquids, around two hours before their scheduled anesthesia time. Therefore, I conclude that their instructions are more suited for the comfort and convenience of their doctors and personel, as opposed to your own comfort and well-being while prepping. So I would advise patients to seek other sources for prep instructions and make your own decision in your best interests.

I can now see why my previous internist chose to not be part of this group any longer! The front staff is obnoxiously loud, extremely unprofessional, and more focused on socializing rather than giving accurate information/wait times for currently waiting patients. If you choose to continue coming here, I highly recommend in bringing earplugs, because you'll end up with a total migraine from the shrilling raucous. The phlebotomist is super lazy and inefficient, and, I kid you not, I have waited over 2+ hours to just get blood drawn. The last straw was when I was told there was no queue when I directly asked one of the receptionists what the estimated time of a wait was; I waited 20 minutes with no updates, and, when I finally went up to ask what the ETA was for the phlebotomist, the receptionist had the nerve to tell me that he wasn't seeing anyone currently, and it would be another 30+ minute wait. The communication here is wack. It's clear that the staff here has absolute no respect or consideration for patients' time nor any ounce of professionalism. +wack communication skills from front staff +lazy phlebotomist +horrific wait times
