Play-X-Scape was the perfect celebration location for my favorite three-year-old this year. The birthday party was a big hit with the adults and children. The ages in attendance were 10-months-old to 84-years-old. Hands down the best feature of this venue is that when you book your party you have the entire run of the place for you and your guests. This was the best! They have lockers in the lobby for everyone to remove their shoes to keep the floor clean that children may be crawling or playing on. Grip socks are required to be worn and are also available for purchase. There are various play areas and activities for the children. There is a large playscape in the center of the room complete with a slide. Play areas include a kitchen, store, diner, animal hospital, puppetry, coloring, legos, blocks, yard size connect four, climbing walls, swings and basketball hoop. Some children did not want to leave!!! Play-X-Scape also has a birthday party room for eating pizza, snacks and cupcakes. Our party was setup for 10 children. It was completely decorated with an animal theme of Young, Wild and Three as part of the booking. The pizza was provided by YaYa's Pizza next door. Ironically we had more adults than children at the party. There are four tables with chairs for adults to sit plus a bench inside of the door. I wish we had brought some games for the adults to play during the 3-hr party. This venue also has open play hours for a place to take your children to explore for $12. Different levels of party packages are also available.

I am keeping the write up so that customers understand the pricing for the game cards. -------------- We purchased a game card. I asked the woman working about the options. She told us that for $10, you get a game card for 40 coins, or for $25 you get an unlimited game card. My kids quickly went through the "unlimited" game card. When I questioned this, she said well, it's not actually unlimited, it was 140 coins and typically kids do not use the full card, so it usually is unlimited. This is not okay. You cannot sell something under the guise of being unlimited just because it isn't usually fully used. By definition, that is not unlimited. I would not have paid $25 for 5 minutes of play. The pricing is not listed anywhere in the store or online, so you are forced to believe the employees word. I had no reason to question what she was telling me. At the time of purchase, I asked and then repeated that the $25 card was unlimited, and was told it was. And it most definitely was not. I am incredibly disappointed.

Pizza slices or fries at least would really be to their benefit. They allow you to leave and come back as long a you save your receipt if you get too hungry, but doing so is inconvenient. They should partner with the closest pizza place and get a kiosk. Just a suggestion. But the kids had a blast while the adults were cold and hungry. So glad to have them in the community though!

I was shocked out how quiet it was for a Friday afternoon in the summer. We aren't residents of FH, so paid $40 for the three of us. The staff when signing up was super helpful and informative. There are lockers as you head towards the pool, to leave your belongs. Only downside was you need to bring your own lock, so we couldn't use one. Once entering the pool area, there's quite a bit of seats along there walls, so we found a couple chairs to place our belongings. There were plenty of lifeguards the whole time we were there and they let you know if you were breaking a rule (sitting/ swimming) in the entrance/ walk path into the pool. There is one main slide, a 2 lane lap, lazy river-not sure if you can bring a tube (but probably not safe or big enough to have one), a rock wall and rope (which we noticed kids wearing a green bracelet in order to use the last two things). Only thing I noticed would be helpful is when the staff (for the slide) goes on break, another staff should take over. The staff was on break for about 30 min, but figured since there were so many other lifeguards, one could've easily provided coverage.

Then you put ear plugs in-optional. Then you put a cap on and goggles with a helmet. We did a group event. We did two separate flies. If you want to go higher its an extra $20 as well. The instructor was very nice and explained in details what needs to be done. I felt safe and happy. I really enjoyed this a lot.

Not fun - beginners have to wear the eye goggles and open helmet. The goggles cut into your face and the force of the wind makes it hard to breathe. Bright side is that since they completed the first beginner round, they can have closed helmets next time. Instructors were great! Everyone was so helpful. Nice facility, plenty of seating for groups and spectators. The girls were very excited but nervous. They had a great time and want to go again. At $360, it will be a little while before we do it again.
