I brought the Littles to this location for the first time and got a so so review from them. When stepping in, we were hit with loud fans, warm air being circulated and humidity. There was only one working kiosk (out of two) to sign the waiver. For 2 hours, it cost a little over $50. There were a few things in the park that wasn't working or open but I did appreciate that there were plenty of seating for adults to sit at and watch their kiddos. We got a couple things at the snack bar. I got a cup of water and didn't realize I got charged almost 5 bucks. The food we ordered also took over 30 minutes (we only got one thing). Overall, we agreed it was nice to try some place different, but there were more cons for us. read more

I spent a total of $100 to buy two summer passes for my grandchildren and, so far, things are not going very well. The first visit was great, but on the second visit we were met with no air conditioning and the kids were playing (and I was sitting) in 90 degrees with the fans just blowing around hot air. The next two times we went the place was still closed due to broken air conditioners. I'm not suggesting a refund but perhaps extend the summer passes for a week or two to make up for the lost time? After all, we paid but still can't play. I hope someone responds to this. read more

The absolute nicest employees. So many were super kind, and went above and beyond. Becky is the general manager and she rocks! Will helped us when we walked in and was great! It was fun to see Shyanna again and she was wonderful. Our kids had an absolute blast! My kids could have bounced forever, but it was nice that they have more low key activities if you need to take a rest (like a bike game, a tv skiing game, and basketball). I must admit I am always one of the only adults jumping here. I have been to three of the big trampoline park brands, and I like them all for different reasons. I have been here three times in about a year, and I have enjoyed my experience each time. Compared to some of the other parks, the space is not as large, but they offer some fun variety to their activities. They have the traditional trampoline sectioned off areas for general jumping. They have a few obstacle courses for the kids, one with a fun Cirque de Soleil drapery that the kids love to wrap up in a perform tricks. They have a swing you can jump from into the foam bricks, and a ring like zip line. They have a high dive that looks terrifying, and the popular dodge ball section. They have a jousting area where you can battle your friend. Plus the best circus like incredible bouncy trampolines that make you feel like you are part of the Greatest Showman. They offer free lockers (other places I believe you need to pay) which is very nice. They just opened a snack shop area which I loved seeing. We did not eat there, we usually go to Starbucks or Taco Bell afterwards, but I could see the kids snacking here in the future. They have Pepsi products, pizza, chips, dipping dots, chicken, slushies, and pretzles. The prices are okay, it seemed more economical to get a whole pizza instead of one slice if you have a hungry group. They do not offer free cups of water, but they do have drinking fountains. They also have birthday packages where I saw they people seemed to be allowed to get outside pizza delivery, but you would need to check with them when you book. We always do walk in jumping, we have never pre-payed, and have never had a problem getting in to jump. Sunday was pretty crowded, but festive. The prices are fair market value, I think some of the other parks might offer better holiday specials and pricing, but the location is a winner for me. I do always worry about the safety of these establishments in general, I am always the nervous mother. But the kids love coming here and hanging out with their friends. It is a great place to eliminate a little screen time and get in a little exercise. read more

Great place to work and bring family and friends!!!! Love the park and the attractions:)

We booked a birthday party for 2/12/22 at 1245. Some of the attractions and trampolines were closed due to short staffing so all the children in the place were confined to a smaller area. We were told that we would have our party room from 145-245 and the staff would clean the room and allow us to set up for 10 minutes prior. As the previous party in the room ended at 1:15 we were still not allowed to go up to the room until 1:40 because the previous party was still there and the staff would not ask them to leave. When we finally got our room and we're able to set up it was almost 2. The tables and floor were still dirty and the bench seats had a clear sticky substance on it causing myself as well as my guests to have their pants ruined. As we were cleaning up and 245 came around, staff asked us to leave cutting our time short. When asked for the general managers number because the staff were teenagers who couldn't give us a straight answer or rectify the situation (including the manager), they continued to insult us by giving us the main line number to the facility. I have never seen service this bad especially as a member here. I've also had a previous issue when changing my son in the bathroom. The staff member closed the bathroom as I was inside and stood in the corner. As I opened the door to leave I had to duck under the closed sign.... read more

The Defy located in Union Lake Commerce Chater TWP in Michigan, has become a dump. It is extremely dirty, the lockers are broken, the toys are ripping up, not enough staff to check people in, there are only kids working, kids managing other kids, the manager (another kid)working in the check in desk is extremely rude to any customer that complain. I payed online, checked in my son and friends, got in line and with only 3 people in front of me, I had wait 45 minutes just to receive the wristbands. When I said that this was unacceptable, this kid-manager offered me to shut up or leave. I only stayed because the boys had their hearts out on playing, but I will make sure that anyone I know in this area, never goes there, and I will never spend another cent in any Defy location read more

Really fun place to visit with lots of obstacle courses and a zip line. Can buy tickets in advanced online and reserve a time, but my friend and I were able to just walk in and buy ours. Open later than most trampoline parks and had a good mixture of customers of different ages, so we didn't feel weird being here although we were childless adults. They also offer free combination lockers to keep your stuff in. Although it's a fun and convenient place to stop staff did not do a good job of taking steps to prevent spread of covid. There was no social distancing enforced, staff were all wearing masks but many customers were walking around without one, no temperature checks, and didn't see anything being wiped down/cleaned during the 2 hours we were there. My friend described it as "a place you take your kids to build their immune system". read more

Defy is by far one of the best of its kind. It is great for all ages! At previous trampoline parks I've gone to, my group has gotten bored after a short period of time and we always end up leaving early. When we came here, we wished we had more time! Very unique experience for a good price. They have so many activities so even when it is busy there is still plenty to do. They also have free lockers which is not offered at many other places. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean environment. The only small inconvenience was that there were a few activities that were closed. This was unfortunate because they were two of the activities I was most interested in doing. This would have been nice to know before purchasing full price tickets. Next time, I am planning on calling in advance to see if all the activities are open or not before purchasing tickets. Overall, great experience and I will definitely be back. I went today to check this place out for my blog with free passes. It was incredibly clean and the staff was super friendly. This place is like your typical trampoline place but amplified and more extreme. When you arrive you decide how long you want to jump and pick socks. My family and I picked matching socks. You also receive a free locker to put your things into. You can take your phone in for pictures. There is so much to do it's hard to pick but I was bound and determined to do the trapeze and of course I landed wrong and tweaked my back. I enjoyed watching my kids on the obstacle courses and do flips and all kinds of acrobats. They loved it. I consider myself fit, but I think this place is best suited for the under 40 crowd. Lol. I highly recommend taking you kids. I also recommend buying your tickets for about 90 minutes. Trust me they will be tired and ready to go home. read more

Took my kids on a Sunday. We haven't been in a long time but we had some free passes and was going to buy a membership for each kid if they enjoyed it. It was so dirty. I was so disappointed. Trash was everywhere, bathroom was disgusting. No membership for us!! The up keep is just awful. Would not recommend for play or have a birthday party there as dirty as it was. Overall it was fun. I didn't like the pay structure where it was cheaper to purchase a "monthly membership" that you could then go back and cancel, as opposed to just paying for the day. My son had fun and I like that it is very open, so it's easy to monitor your child. What I didn't like is no lockers for coats or purses. Also my son got a stomach bug after visiting, which makes me wonder how well the facility is cleaned. Also, there were adults and teens also jumping and they were a hazard to young kids. read more

Decent amount of parking, but it's really crazy on the inside. We came early in the morning for a birthday party, so it didn't have as many of the teens going wild on all the trampolines. Just lots of little kids. There didn't seem to be many people supervising the activities and making sure safety protocols were followed. We watched from afar as a little kid fell off the swinging floors and get hit in the back of the neck when the board swung at him then the front of the head when it swung back. The kid was screaming and bawling and no one helped him or stopped other kids from going on. They do have you check 11 boxes representing different waivers which probably protects the company from these injuries and keeping the responsibilities with the parents. No clue where this kids parents were though. Overall it's a cool place to play at, but just need to be super careful while letting your kids run loose. read more

Came here for the first time with my grand daughter for her birthday with the extended family as part of the pre celebration before the dinner/cake. Once we got there, I was pleasantly surprised at what this facility has to offer as it is a very nice place for the kids to have a blast and burn off some energy. Lots of trampolines, zip lines, trampoline basketball, cushioned mosh pits, combat mosh pit ... etc to keep old and young alike busy having fun. As a grand parent I had a lot of fun playing with the grandkids and truly enjoyed how much fun they were having and the fact that I was part of it. There are so few businesses out there these days like this that offer a physical based family fun activity like this and to have one so close to home is quite nice. ****DO NOT BUY pre-sale tickets**** Hello! I've tried calling the past three days and the mailbox is full? Monday night, 2/21/2022 I purchased tickets for Tuesday 2/22/2022. We entered the facility with virtual tickets in hand and were denied entry due to "Max capacity" by Michael. Things happen, obviously. The employee we encountered wasn't very assuring. He simply shrugged and said "..you can use your tickets another time..". Slapped a sign that said sold out on a post and walked away. I'm a bit confused how Defy conducts business? Takes money for presales but denies entry for those tickets, doesn't have a place to leave messages, and doesn't have any clause on presale tickets stating you may use them for a later date if complex meets capacity. Hour wait to get in even though they tell you to get there 15 minutes early. Probably hit a rush since it was a Saturday, but they only had one person working the register and he was struggling. The place was at max capacity even though dodgeball and swing line were not open, which just crammed kids even more. Sky zone is nice but they kinda of made it boring, the only thing good their is the super trampoline, the parkour course, the wall jump trampoline, and the dodge ball. Don't come here if you are a foster or pre-adoptive parent. Their "waiver" requires you to give permission that images and video of children can be used in social media or promotional items. As a foster parent I am unable to give this permission. We requested an exception, a work around, but neither was possible so we were unable to participate. This has to be the coolest place for kids! You can go online and fill out a waiver or they have 3 computers inside to fill out a waiver. Once you fill out a waiver, go to the counter and decided if you want to spend 1 hour, 1.5 or 2 hours there. They have trampolines, obstacle courses, balance courses, dodgeball, basketball, and even swings above foam pits. There are just a lot of cool American Ninja Warrior type obstacles above foam pits or trampolines. The staff here was very helpful telling kids how to do certain things. I appreciate they did not have video games or "claw" type games for kids to waste money on. Also glad there were only vending machines not a snack bar. We were there to use the facility and I appreciate that is what they had. Place was very clean. You do need to purchase socks for $3. Go check this place out! read more

The facility itself is nice, kids had a blast. However, customer service is horrible. I was double charged on my credit card and when I called to ask them to credit the 2'd charge was told the only way it could be fixed is for me to physically come in. I explained I live almost an hour away and coming In to fix THEIR error is ridiculous. Clearly they can check on their end to clearly see it was charged twice. I then asked to speak to a manager and was told, a general manager just told me this when I put you on hold. I said, "are you sure your understanding what I am saying, it was your error? They said yes we understand but unless you can prove it physically by coming in. What? Unheard of!! I would think twice about paying this company anything on a credit card. read more

I gave two stars because the kids did enjoy themselves. Poor management, disorganized party, food wasn't completed and we had to wait 30 min longer to eat - with a bunch of 3 year olds. Staff were all really young so really didn't have a clue what was going on. Manager never came to us to apologize that things were all sorts of messed up. We had about 20 adults that will never be back so I suppose that is worth more than a simple "I'm sorry." Oh well! Good lesson learned that if you have to call for FOUR HOURS STRAIGHT to get someone to answer the phone to confirm that party paid for online was actually booked/food ordered properly is a red flag. I called the day before our party to make sure things were all set and was told they were. We had to run to little ceasers to get food after staff told me they "forgot" to make our 35 person party's food. What!? Hellll no, never again. read more

They will allow walk ins to buy tickets and enter and leave you standing there waiting way past your scheduled time, then if they hit capacity they will turn you away and refuse to refund your money! How they're getting away with fraud is beyond me. The manager is quite possibly the rudest individual we've ever dealt with. This place is awesome! Clean, friendly, wide open, good line of sight, well lit, and there's music but not obnoxiously loud. I love the couches they have for parents, caregivers and I also think it's really cool that they have TV areas for ppl that are letting their kids play, so dads can watch a game or whatever. Great trampoline Park! We prefer Defy to the other area trampoline parks. The features are a ton of fun and my kids (ages 12 and 14) have had an absolute blast here and didn't get bored. My daughter and her friends love the aerial silks and super tramps, while my son adored the dodgeball and basketball features. They both really liked the obstacle course, as well. Well run and clean facility with friendly staff. A nice way to spend an active few hours with the kids. What a workout! read more
