He matched the inspo pic perfectly and even added some extra touches that made the design look even better. 6 years of getting pedicures and this is the first salon that manages to give me this. She yanked a piece of my skin under the nail and she Clearly should have not done so. Apart from it being so painful when she did. I got this pedicure done Saturday morning and my toe hurts so much. Do not go to this horrible Place and save yourself some time and pain go else where. Now I have to see where this infection goes and possibly have to go see a doctor. Horrible clean your tools better and have people that know how to do professional service. Came for a fill in, but ended up getting mani and pedi. Pedi was great as the lady who took care of my toes did not nick me! Tina did my fill in and of course she killed it. Employees all have masks and they do have the plexiglass dividers while doing manis. Please support this small business! They deserve it! read more

I don't ask for much when I get my nails done but somehow it always seem like I'm doing too much which is absurd because I only care for proper laying of the acrylic and shaping. Unexpected, but I FINALLY got that! I don't know his name but he was the only man there and he took his time and really payed attention to detail. I love my nails and I'm sad that I'm not nearby or it'd be my go to place. I do wish I went a bit longer for shaping purposes but that's on me. Good experience overall! read more

In the past this used to be the go to spot. But currently they seem to have gotten worse over the years. The last time i went the lady made my rung finger nail so crooked and the nails were just in so much pain. She filled down the nail so much that it left a huge dent that still hasnt grown out and its been 5 months now. The coating of acrylic was very uneven and which if you looked down the nail from the tip, you could see the lump. I've loved this place since I moved to the area 2 years ago. Kim is great. The other techs that have been here are good too, id steer clear of the newbies tho. They just got new gel nail polish and it's the best. It's a lot stronger than any others I've had. My nails never break with this new kind. It's called Kiara sky. The best part is the prices. I'm surprised like every time I come in here. It's so cheap and I'm always satisfied. It may look shabby and small, trust me I was worried at first but I'm so glad I tried it. First and LAST time going here. Left with my nails 2x shorter than they were when I walked in for an SNS, I did not ask for my nails to be cut down nor did the nail tech care to ask. I mentioned that my nails were looking a little see thru after the second coat, I was told that's how it's supposed to look, that's obviously not true, there was never a base coat applied. Then my SNS was finished off with a gel top coat ?? I am completely unsatisfied with my nails I got a pedicure with a friend as well and ended up spending $100 just to end up with thin crooked nails. read more

I don't trust anyoneeeee to do my toes or nails anymore because they're so good at what they do and always hit the mark on perfection. They are constantly busy though because of their wonderful skills. So book an appointment or else you'll be waiting forever. The shop is tiny and overly packed with customers. The chairs are old. They are not cheap so the fact that they do not invest in the comfort of the customer is shocking. If I could give it zero stars I would, I asked to soak off my acrylic and they did it for less than 5minutes, I guess they were in a hurry and wanted to pop them off so they didn't listen and did whatever they wanted to. Which was pop them off. The lady cut me SO bad when she pooped them off she cut my real nail in half and left some of the fake nail on. I was in so much pain I told her to just leave it and I'll take care of it at home. They all started yelling to each other in their language I can tell it was pretty rude but I didn't care I was in pain. After many occasions of where they start doing your service then other people walk in and they just leave you there half what through your service I guess it's there strategy so no one leaves . Today I've had enough and decided to walk out she didn't even make the new customers wait one minute . If I was there first I want my service started and completed all at once I do not have time to wait for you to do someone else's service that is why I decided to stay in the first place because there was no waiting list . This is absolutely not okay first come first serve it's really not fair because of this I will not be coming back what's the point of staying since there is no wait time but then new customers come in and they make you wait not okay get your priorities together they come in and your busy well that's to.m bad they can wait or leave I was here first. I rarely write bad reviews about services because I like to give people a fair chance. I have been going to Sandy Nails for about 7 years with little to no complains. Tina is the owners daughter who does my nail. Now I know taking children to a nail shop can be a hassle sometimes so I never take my kids until last week. Their school was closed and had no baby sitter. Tina was already agitated for some reason when I got there she yelled at one of my babies (1 year old) for touching a cheap nail polish that wasn't worth the price of the services I was paying for. She as very brash with me and even hurt my nail and flesh with one of her tools, when I told her she didn't offer an apology. I was very upset and had to let my husband leave his job to come get the children. I can take things up to an extent but when you yell at my babies I go "lioness". I told her "I never gave you any problems before so why are you doing this"? She told me I should never have brought my kids that's why she doesn't bring hers. I felt that was rude. I at least spend time with my children unlike her who has someone raising hers while she is chasing the dollar. I am very disappointed and will never recommend anyone going there. This is what I get for 7 years of loyalty and driving almost 20 miles to get my nails done. WORST COSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!!!!! read more

It was my first time here but the lady that did my nails was a little older & I just felt like she couldn't really see or know what she was doing. I asked for my nails to be squared & they were not at ALL. They were oval & some where thick & others were longer ... I chose a cute pink color gel polish & I believe she got the wrong color. The color was bright & neon pink. I didn't say anything bc I only had 1 hour & she was already taking forever .. So I let her do her thing. She made me put my hands in the UV light thing no kidding like 10 times. That has never happened before. I left & didn't say anything because I can't be mean.
