I got a pedicure along with the full set, and it felt like they were rushing to get me out of there. The nails were lumpy and uneven, there was acrylic sticking out into my skin, it was messy and not what I wanted. After my trip, I came back for a take off and regular manicure. I had Taylor. She was nice. She cut my cuticles without asking. I would've said yes anyway, but she nicked me multiple times. She rushed through my manicure, I didn't get gel and she didn't let each layer dry before adding another. When I left, my nails were dry on the outside but the polish was not dry all the way through. I ended up removing it with acetone as soon as I got home, because it was squishy and messy. Along with that, there is still acrylic on my nails, even though I paid to get it removed properly.

Both my wife and I chose the basic pedicures as they do include a leg and back massage as standard. The owner was my technician. She was very friendly and cares about customer satisfaction. The only thing I would have liked to know is the extra price for callus removal. What started as a regular $40 pedicure became $55 with $15 upcharge. The menu says additional $5+ so I was surprised it was triple that. For $60 the next level of pedicure includes the intense callus removal along with many other things.
