We had 3 moms and 6 kids ( 3 of which were 2 and under ). Our condo was a 3 bedroom. 1 king, 1 king, 2 fulls and a twin. So definitely accommodates 3 small families. The property manager was the rudest person I've ever encountered while staying at a condo. She was very very aggressive and non professional. One of the moms had to leave and go get a hotel for the duration of our stay because we had 9 ( 1 of the 3 under 2 was 9 months ). She stated that they " had the same rules as an airplane" which that analogy is irrelevant seeing how my 9 month old and the 2 year olds are allowed to sit in laps on a plane. She also would not even allow them to hang out on the beach with us. Told us that they needed to get off her property now and if she caught them out on the beach she would have them removed. This was the biggest inconvenience seeing how we paid for a place on the beach so we didn't have to load up and drive our kids to the public beach. She walked around the entire stay on a power trip basically bullying everyone. I'm all about following the rules but the property manager needs to learn how to be nice and respectful for people that are paying to stay at her place. This place and all owners need to state in their rental agreement, 8 people max, meaning 8 heartbeats. Doesn't matter if they're 2 weeks old, this place will still make them count in that number. We were just 3 nurses who didn't have surgery because of Memorial Day weekend and decided to take our kids down to the beach and this lady ruined our entire trip. So if you plan on staying here with more than 8 people including infants, you won't be allowed too! My husband who was not there was also not very happy seeing how we were 3 women down there with small babies and she basically kicked some of us out. All around worst experience at a condo. Now our condo we stayed in was beautiful and I would have loved to have been a returning quest seeing how we frequent down here very often but I will NEVER return here after this experience. I hate this is affecting the owners of the condo because I have read several reviews dating back years of people that have had the same issue.

Her communication was very confrontational and unnecessarily aggressive. She constantly walked around harassing other guest. I heard her say to someone that they could not have drinks in the pool, yet she was sitting on the side of the pool with her feet in. Also let me state that the pool rules state NO WHERE that drinks are not allowed in the pool, it states "glass". I spoke with so many other people at the condo and they also stated that she was harassing them constantly about moving chairs. She has a power struggle i believe and Romar place needs to get rid of Sherry, she is going to ruin that place without a doubt. We are coming back next weekend and staying right down the road, still Orange Beach and we told them about our experience and they stated that they get constant complaints about Sherry and her harassment!!! HOA needs to get together and fire Sherry!!!!!! Oh and let me add this too they have gone and deleted reviews because i can see they are no longer on Google reviews! So it's pretty obvious they are trying to hide the bad reviews!!

Not a one-time sighting -- an ongoing, inside-your-unit, crawling-on-the-walls infestation that management has failed to resolve. The conditions are unsanitary and unacceptable. The sauna has visible mold and mildew, which is a serious health hazard. The pool is poorly maintained with hair and debris in it, yet residents are still charged an amenity fee for facilities that are clearly not being properly cleaned or maintained. Safety is also a major concern. This community is not gated, and there is no real control over who comes in and out. I personally witnessed a violent dog attack, as well as an assault and an attempted robbery on the property. This is not a safe place to live. Between the pest infestation, health hazards, lack of cleanliness, and serious safety issues, this property is being mismanaged at every level. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the risk -- do NOT move here.

I called to check on how to use the putt putt activity. Another young voice said "you just putt the ball on the grass and hit it." I laughed, "no sorry i need to check out equipment for it right?" She said, "you can look at it first if you want." So I responded, "do you have putters and balls that i can use?" She said, "yes". I responded "how do i do that?" She said "its free to use." I asked "where do i get the equipment?" She said "at the desk". I get to the desk and they tell me "i must leave my driver license to check out equipment." The pool is large with plenty of lounge chairs. Next door is a fabulous restaurant called Shipp's Harbour Grill and a Tiki Hut to enjoy a cocktail. The pool is also locked from every entrance and exit and 1 key is given to a condo. The loss fee is $100. You can imagine how difficult it is traveling with multiple people who want to come to the pool later and meet you. They can't get in and end up screaming your name at the gate for 10 minutes as you don't have your phone with you at the pool. The pool is okay at best. Much better places to stay. We had a boat so the proximity to the marina was great but the hostility to families makes this place a terrible pick for anyone under 60. Pick another place to stay! Dont let the rental company tell you any different.

The corner provides huge balconies so that helped with the experience. It is over-priced. For the money there could be more amenities and a nicer building.

We arrived to find: * Leaking ceiling * Non-functioning toilet * Broken furniture, including recliners that collapsed when used * Rusted patio furniture * Mold in the freezer (replaced with a tiny countertop freezer that could hold barely a cup) * Stove with no knob markings, making it unsafe * Extremely limited hot water -- not enough for more than one short shower * Windows so weathered you couldn't even see through them Aronov also violated ADA law by questioning my disability when I brought my service dog. Even worse, they entered the unit without my consent. When I reported these issues to Vrbo, Aronov lied about the condition of the condo, made false accusations about my stay, and Vrbo altered my review to hide the truth. This company clearly values protecting itself over guest safety, comfort, and legal compliance. If you value honesty, cleanliness, and your rights, do not book Unit 103W or any property managed by Aronov Condo Management.

The condo we rented had a few issues but was recently remodeled, but Liquid Life was quick to fix any issues. Even coming out 3 days in a row, they were quick every time. but it was all small things. We had Nick Hadley from Liquid Life come up each time and he's a great guy with knowledge to fix everything. Super clean and don't be afraid to stay on the higher floors because they carts to haul groceries and fast elevators. We were on the beach in less than 3 minutes

Got a call at the end of the day saying that they just realized that the apartment manager was out of town at a conference. Monday went, as well as Tuesday, and here we are Wednesday night with no answer. During that time, I went to the Cottages at Foley Farms on a Saturday, did an application, got approved and moved in Tuesday. Moral of the story, stay away from this place. They're very unprofessional with the lack of communication. Not to mention, the lot was littered with debris (it has been nice for the last few weeks so cannot say it was recent debris from wind) as well as the AC unit was absolutely disgusting with a ton of lint/mold build up. As I was checking out the place, I turned on some stuff to see if it worked. The stove drawers were bent to shit, and when I went to use the garbage disposal, a screw popped up at me. If you're looking for a great reliable place to stay for around the same money as this dump, I 100% recommend the Cottages at Foley Farms!
