They razor burn my girl so bad in her private parts, that she ended up with an infection. So after paying $80 for grooming, I had $300 in vet bills. The lady at the front desk said, "Whoa boy thats going to be tough because we are booked solid today...." I have taken four dogs to your clinic over multiple years...but front desk lady didn't ask any questions or seemed to care....she just turned me away and told me to go somewhere else due to being "booked solid". I expected more from my local vet's office since I was a regular customer. However, there a lot of vet office options in my area and I'm sure they would happily take my business...booked solid or not.
