I had a first bathing appointment for my dog last week, and there were several issues to discuss…read morewith management. There were a few small communication issues prior to the appointment that I didn't have an issue with, but after the visit went so poorly I feel it contributed. When my dog was returned, she was still pretty damp. Initially I was fine with that- I know 100% dry isn't always possible in a short time period. However, after looking closer, she was far too damp. Enough that I needed to towel her off some. She has a lot of hair, and not blow-drying her well enough just lets her shed extra. If anything was not possible or required extra services, I would have appreciated some kind of communication on that. Before the appointment, I also stressed that my previous groomer missed clipping her nails and were extra long. After this visit, only one of four paws had a completed nail trim. I tried this company to see if their service was comparable to my current bather. I was hoping a home-visit, even though it's a bit more expensive, would settle better with my dog. I reached out to customer service the morning of, but since I was visiting family in the hospital I could not return their call the same day (which I communicated). I ended up sending an email with photos, where none of my concerns were acknowledged or validated, and brushed off with, "unfortunately we probably won't be a good fit for you in the future. I am sorry we didn't meet your expectations." My expectations were for a clean and dry dog with trimmed nails? Very disappointed in the results of a simple bath, and customer service. I will not be a repeat customer or recommend this business.

A friend recommended Sandy's pet sitting service where my dogs could stay in the comfort of our home during my absence. Sandy and her sister met with us on short notice. They were comfortable giving medications and agreed to check on our dogs 3 times per day. They sent text messages from the visits. When we arrived home, the dogs were happy and well cared for. We met with Sandy afterwards and the dogs went to greet her, tails wagging. That tells me the most important thing....my dogs felt comfortable with her. I'll definitely use this service in the future and will recommend it to my friends.

They razor burn my girl so bad in her private parts, that she ended up with an infection. So after paying $80 for grooming, I had $300 in vet bills. Sorry but y'all shouldn't be in business nor allowed to groom dog. Thank God I found a new groomer that cares so much about my girl and does razor burn her. Today was a total desister after dropping him off at 8am, I receive a call at 2pm that my dogs out of control and to come get him ASAP. So I go get him and Mandy the owner comes out and starts raising her voice at me about my dog destroying her property. And I owe them a $100 for a kennel door he bent up. I paid them the $100 but will not be back. And this couple even has a German Short Hair pointer and know how they or and there disposition and temperament. It's sad to have to find another dog groomer after a year. Too much tension there, groomers must have change or there over worked
