When I showed up (10 min. early) I was told I was put in a hold group and would have to reschedule because I had not confirmed my appointment. I did not get a text to confirm. The impersonal clerk said I should have called them. How would I have known to do that! I should have asked why she didn't call me! She said she could give me another appointment a month away. There was another clerk there who was doing nothing. How about giving her the job to call people who haven't (can't) confirmed. I don't know if this is Dr. Cox's policy or if she even knows what her office staff is doing, but I hope this complaint reaches her. They could have called me but instead Dr. Cox lost a patient. I'll find a practice where the staff treats me better.

Then they will have no problem canceling your appointment and then saying it will take 3 weeks for the Doctor to make a new schedule before they can even reschedule your appointment. This is possibly the poorest way to run a business. On top of that the receptionists aren't exactly friendly people. Seriously just go somewhere that will appreciate your business. Obviously this Doctor is only concerned with his time and money.

Secondly, we came back today and saw Dr. Arcolano. I have NOTHING nice to say about her. She was VERY RUDE and VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She continued to make comments about how my children (ages 4 and 2), needed to calm down, sit still and be quiet. I am very disappointed in her level of care today. She outwardly got very frustrated at my sons inability to understand commands as she could not communicate them in a way he could understand. I will NOT be coming back and I suggest if you have small children you do not either. If you are able to see Dr. Vaughan then I do recommend him.

But he has never told us he has trouble with his vision but he 'failed' his pediatrician eye test so Dr Williams and Triangle came highly recommended. She was FABULOUS and explained a bunch of things to my 15 year old who is a worry wort like me and helped ease his nerves. He thankfully didn't have anywhere near bad vision like they told us based on the PED test and could go without any help which we appreciated Dr Williams not trying to upsell anything. She said right now you are fine but if anything changes in the next year you could get glasses for driving and at school. So we loved that! We did end up getting a pair to have on hand but it wasn't needed. He found a cute pair and we are very thankful to found Dr Williams!
