Then they will have no problem canceling your appointment and then saying it will take 3 weeks for the Doctor to make a new schedule before they can even reschedule your appointment. This is possibly the poorest way to run a business. On top of that the receptionists aren't exactly friendly people. Seriously just go somewhere that will appreciate your business. She then told me because I did not confirm my appointment that I lost it and was moved to overflow (which meant I'd have to be worked into their schedule). Because I had other priorities after my appointment I told her I'd have to call and reschedule it. I scheduled my entire day around this appointment and had been waiting for a month to have it. The office did send a confirmation text the week prior, but also sent a reminder text everyday that I had an appointment today (to include one this morning). If I had missed this appointment I would have been charged a fee, but they can cancel without notice with no consequences. There is nothing in any of their texts that says they will cancel my appointment, but to the contrary all say that my appointment is good to go and insurance is confirmed. I along with my family have been going to this office since we moved to the area 5 years ago and have never experienced anything like this. It's frustrating and unacceptable in my opinion. Our family all wear glasses and have spent literal thousands in this office. We do not plan to go back at this point, which is unfortunate because I really like the eye doctors I have seen there, but the receptionist is another story.

But he has never told us he has trouble with his vision but he 'failed' his pediatrician eye test so Dr Williams and Triangle came highly recommended. She was FABULOUS and explained a bunch of things to my 15 year old who is a worry wort like me and helped ease his nerves. He thankfully didn't have anywhere near bad vision like they told us based on the PED test and could go without any help which we appreciated Dr Williams not trying to upsell anything. She said right now you are fine but if anything changes in the next year you could get glasses for driving and at school. So we loved that! We did end up getting a pair to have on hand but it wasn't needed. He found a cute pair and we are very thankful to found Dr Williams!

The office is nicely appointed, clean and has plenty of parking right out front. I was treated very well, from the receptionist to the eyewear fitting. All of the employees were polite, kind yet professional. I really liked the doctor who listened to my history and gave me a very good exam. They have a large selection of glasses and I was able to find several that I liked. The nice lady who helped me was so patient and helpful. I am so glad I found Preston's Optometry.
