This Costco always has incredible customer service, I don't nearly feel as stressed and I feel like it's a lot spaced out. The parking lot has enough space for the area, I don't ever feel like it's too crowded, and the selection is always nice as well. The cafe has pretty good and fresh stuff, I will say. I wish I had some things like some other Costco's like the mint ice cream come up, but it's not the end of the world. The store is always clean and the staff here is very helpful, even to the point of walking with you to find something. I try , but fail, to stay away from the bakery....they have the best croissants I know of.... And the baked goods are always fresh and delicious. Even the cheesecake is awesome. There are certain things I buy here often and enjoy the samples to try new things. We can't leave without a stop at the food court! I like that there are multiple entry and exits at this location. They delivered my chair 2 days before surgery and it was perfect! But I did have a problem, the remote stopped working in the middle of the night. I went into the store and got a new remote, problem fixed, but not quite. They have a wonderful olden man working there, Cecil I talked with him a few times and two days ago he can out and my chair is now perfect again. My physician called in an rx and put a rush order on it and when I showed up to pick it up, the people working there were like zombies. No greeting, no compassion. The woman behind the counter announced my RX out loud so that the few customers and the delivery driver now know what I am taking. I'm pretty sure that is a violation. I sent my husband in the next day to pick it up when it was finally ready, he had a similar experience. No one was friendly or even looked up when he entered the store and they handed him the bag without asking if he had any questions. I will never return to this place and will drive out of town to avoid ever having to deal with them again.

This is so much nicer than dealing with the larger nearby chain pharmacy, who never remembered us and made filling my husband's transplant medications a tedious and annoying two-day process each and every month. Transferring our scripts here was easy and painless. Davis offers free home delivery, which has been a godsend to us because we're disabled and have days we're unable to drive. It's been a huge help during the COVID-19 pandemic. The store also has lovely and interesting curios and gifts. Take a moment to look around while you're waiting for yout refill. Skip the big-name, impersonal chain drugstores and come here instead!!!

This experience dealing with them has been terrible! I had to call to ask when the prescription…read morewould be ready after it was sent. They said it'd be ready tomorrow afternoon. Well at 2:00pm I called to ask when they thought it'd be ready, she said sometime between now and 5:00pm and we will call to let you know it's ready. Seeing as how it's 4:40pm I got a feeling I'm not getting a call today. Meanwhile I had surgery and need this cream made asap to help with the extreme pain I'm in. There seems to be zero concern/compassion. And the communication is a joke. In the past another doctor of mine has delt with LookOut Pharmacy. They always promptly call after recieving the script, it's made that day and received in the mail in a day or two. Such a better experience. in the future I will ask for the script to be sent there. Good luck with this place.
