However, I had already done a tour at this location back in January 2020. Ms. Rosemary showed me how clean and organize the place was from the inside. My little one started attending there back in September of last year, and I loved it since then. The staff is extremely friendly, they always keep me up-to-date of everything, they always greet my little one with a smile. Ms.Candy is always welcoming all the little ones in the morning with a huge smile under her mask. All the teachers that I have interacted with are absolutely amazing. I don't know all of their names but Mr. Rick, Ms. Carol, Ms. Alejandra, and Ms. Cari are WONDERFUL! They're professional in the way they handle any situation and they make my mommy heart comfy when I am at work. My little one enjoys her time there and NEVER came home with dirty clothes, diaper rash or any misplaced items. God bless all the staff and management there!

I sent in a request for a quote the night before, via email. I called into the office the next morning, and the person who answered was very helpful and professional. They explained the pricing with details, which made it easy for me to choose what I wanted. The technicians showed up a few minutes early to the morning appointment, and unfortunately my phone ringer volume was off. I missed multiple attempts they made to try and reach me, and when I woke I went immediately outside to find one of the technicians digging. He explained that he reached out to the office and was told to go ahead with the work, which I was extremely thankful for. I apologized for not answering, and the technician was very understanding and professional. I called the office after speaking with him, and the office person thanked me for calling in and was also very polite/understanding. The task of pumping my septic tank was completed quickly, with no mess, and the dirt was replaced on top of the tank. It looked great, and will be easy for the grass to regrow over the tank. More importantly, the toilets were able to flush again. It's been 2 weeks since the tank was pumped and I have had no issues. I already recommended this company to my brother and will recommend them to anyone in need of a trustworthy, professional company to resolve their septic problems.

There are only three people in the house. I went out and started to investigate to find out that the company only pumped the drain field side of the tank, not both sides. I explained to her that firstly the pumped only one side of the tank, and secondly, the side of the tank that should have been pumped had never been uncovered and was still sealed with cement. I uncovered the second lid to show her. She then called the company who said it was her responsibility to inform the worker to clean both sides and that would cost more money! So, the lessons learned here are: if you have a septic, make sure BOTH lids are taken off and cleaned out. Also, get a firm price to pump both sides without a per gallon charge. Anyone posting a positive review about this company probably doesn't have a clue about the process and just keeps paying them! Both always have a very friendly, respectful demeanor. Rich is quite knowledgeable and knows what he is doing, and his prices are very fair. The first time I called him out was because our entire drain system had a terrible blockage and no other company could fix it. He and his assistant worked to flush our entire system (we have old-style metal pipes which are horribly corroded and easily block). Whatever magic they did, it's worked like a dream and no problems since! The second time I called him out, it was to fix a local blockage in our guest bathroom sink. Again, metal pipes which made a hard-as-rock rust blockage right beneath the sink. Again, a regular plumber couldn't help. Again, Rich's Rooter saved the day (and our sink). Rich has pretty extensive knowledge of old plumbing and he knows how to repair, upkeep, and ultimately replace the pipes. Once we have the funds to replumb beneath the house, I will certainly be calling on his expertise!

There was blood everywhere. Apparently, one of the workers cut themselves at some point and decided to leave their biohazard for me to clean up. They didn't communicate with us, they didn't do a good job, and they left a potentially dangerous substance in my house. Awful, awful company. They also used our hose, buckets, and tools rather than using their own. When they were finished, they cleaned up nothing, and they left 200 pounds of broken pipe in a garbage can we can't move. They also left our toilet on cheap plastic shims and did not communicate to the landlord that the tile needed to be replaced. The third day of their "work" they said it would be finished and we came home to a sign on our toilet saying not to use it. That was the extent to the communication.
