I have been going to this location for years now. Overall good experience. But I must write about…read moreone specific nurse practitioner who has given me and my sister many issues. I had a bad experience with her a few years ago and never went back to her. My sister had a bad experience with her today. Her name is Recarda Dankyi. When I say I have never experienced such incompetence before, I mean it. I have fibromyalgia. It causes terrible widespread pain. I went to her a couple of times explaining that my back was in excruciating pain, my chest hurt, my whole body kept hurting. She checks me over, does tests that dont cover fibromyalgia and says to stretch. I leave. I come back again. Same issues. Her response is we have already done the tests, so I dont know what more we can do. I personally give up. I guess ill just be in pain. I finally try again with a different doctor there and within minutes she has a proper diagnosis and treatment plan for me. Later I end up in the worst flare up I have ever had. Literally cannot move. If I knew I was getting her again I would have canceled it. When the online call connected and I saw her face my heart dropped. For the entire call she had a condescending tone with me and even mentioned the fact that I had fibromyalgia like it wasn't right. It was as if she was upset that I got diagnosed properly and she couldnt figure it out. Nothing came of the call. I asked her frustrated, is there anything you can give me for pain? Or a muscle relaxer? Anything? She responded annoyed. I guess I can look. As if its not her job. By the end of the call I was boiling and near tears. Fast forward to now. My sister goes to her (not knowing my history with her) for back pain. She wanted to get help and treatment for her pain. She has a history of scoliosis. Recarda when asked by my sister if she had any treatments or exercises, literally anything to help, told her to look on youtube. I have no idea how this woman became a nurse practitioner. I have no idea how she passed the tests or let alone passed for empathy. She is someone who thinks she is above it all. And when it comes down to the serious things, she doesnt have the answers. If you ever come here, avoid Recarda Dankyi at all costs!

She takes her time to explain everything in detail. Her bed side manners are the best I've ever seen by a doctor. Her staff is also extremely courteous. I waited less than 5 minutes in the lobby before they put me in a room. It's been so long since I've been at a doctors office that's promptly with your scheduled appointment time. If you are looking for a PCP see is definitely the one to choose.

They asked all the necessary questions and they wanted further details about the things that I was dealing with health wise. They had a medical student come in before the doctor and he was great, might as well give that doctor title now. My mom has been sick for a month and we have been to multiple doctor appointments, emergency room, urgent care, etc, no one has found what is wrong with her yet! Our power has been out for days and I didn't enough battery when I took my mom to the doctor appointment at Danny Jackson today! And I need my phone so I can work! I was trying to plug the charger in the outlet and was having difficulties! The security guard, his name is Lacy Levest, was first instructed me how to do it! Then I told him I hear the instructions but it doesn't work! He started raising his voice and being disrespectful to me! He kept saying ma'am, push and slide, ma'am push and slide, are you listening, pushhhhhh and slideeeeeeee! I was like okay you can come and help me I really don't know how to do it! And he said something like it's not his job! So I tried again and he said ma'am leave the outlet alone! I guess maybe i was trying a bit hard and he thought i was breaking it, so I told him I am not breaking it, can you come help me I need to charge my battery! He said MA'AM!! LEAVE THE OUTLET ALONE!!! I could not take it anymore and start arguing with him and ask for his manager! He said go ahead!!! I came downstairs and the other security guard just simple said oh no let me help you! He came upstairs and plugged my charger in the outlet just in 3 seconds! Lacy Levest was looking at me and the other security guard and said that's not his job to plug someone charger in the outlet! Oh my God I don't know what to say anymore! And there a lady, came and pointed to my face and said I was rude to him! I was like...did you actually see the whole situation? You only see the part when I was upset!!! And she sit down with other lady and start talking about me and they both said something about me and laughed together! That was really bullying and it really messed me up! That was not the end! I was waiting in the doctor's room for so long and open the door and came out and found Lacy gossiping with a nurse in stead of working! And I saw in my own eyes the nurse looked and me and said "oh that's her"! I was like wow so now Lacy was going around in the back and gossiping about me instead of working his job! I asked the front desk to see the manager and no one was there! I asked for a number to call and no one answers! I am sorry for long review but I really don't know who to talk to about this! If I can give Danny Jackson 0 star I would! The place was really nice until this incident!

All the staff is super kind and as helpful as could be. I purposely chose here for the Dr. The orthopedic surgeon was quick and straightforward about options and recovery. Dr even got us in on their non surgery day as there were complications that needed urgency with scheduling. The only down fall is it was very loud, they were undergoing construction. It's renovations, had to happen to stay up to date! Lastly the food was terrible unfortunately. I have had better hospital food. Other than that the care is what was important. Lastly valet is available complimentary. I still tipped but it was not expected.

The smell of urine on all the toilet seats in the restroom was so strong that I thought I was going to become ill if I stayed in the restroom a second longer. The restroom was so unsanitary, I would have rather leave to use the restroom at a gas station. Since I didn't have the time to leave, I decided I wait to use the restroom in my doctor's office.
