I'm not one who is shy when getting blood drawn but I legitimately felt nothing from start to finish (Thanks Ashley!). Very professional team, extremely hospitable, and worth the drive. As someone who works from home there are few things like wake up at 6am to make a 45 minute drive but coming here is definitely one of them. I'm so excited to watch this practice blossom!!

I really don't like to leave bad reviews but when the service is not up to par I feel it's…read morenecessary so others know and perhaps to give the practice a chance to improve. They were good when I first joined years ago but in the past 3 years they have steadily declined. 1. Dr's / PA have quit. This is what made the practice great in the beginning. They cared and would listen and actually knew who you were and followed up. Now, you're constantly having to chase them for renewals, rx, approvals, diagnosis, next steps because they don't know you. RX aren't followed up upon or takes forever to get renewal, takes weeks to get an appt, months for routine appt, every year they tell me I don't need a physical exam when I use to have one at least every year and the pap every other year (it just feels like they just don't want to do it), dropped the ball on approving Rx, It could be that they are victim of their own success. Too many patients, even though they no longer take new patients. I don't ever see a Dr or a RN any more, it's always a PA. 2. Their front desk check in people are annoying. I feel like it's not a genuine atmosphere 3. Their Phlebotomist is rough when they take your blood and so grumpy when she does it 4. there is ALWAY ALWAYS ALWAYS an hour wait even if you get there 5-10mins early and checked in. Only way to avoid this is if you are the first appts of the day. 5.They tend to fob you off to specialists because it is "beyond their scope" but then don't recommend any specialists. I really hate to have to look for a new dr practice but it looks like i may have to. I wish I didnt have to.

My initial doctor was Dr. Kang, who was super kind and helpful in determining my surgeon for my gall bladder surgery. The next appointment was with Dr. Michelle who happens to be an NP but she was EXTREMELY kind. I went in for heartburn issues and she seemed worried and concerned that I was sick -- something that most doctors don't do. Ever since then, I've been going to this office. I moved out of Johns Creek 7 years ago and have been living in Lawrenceville & Dunwoody, and I must say I am always impressed with this office.

Wow so impressed by Dr. Dugal service !…read more Upon entering I was Greeted with a smile and started filling out paperwork I love the decoration they have it's about kids and sports, definitely looks like there are big supporters of the Community. Very comfortable waiting area . Great for the kids , they have an area dedicated just for entertaining them ! I came in because I had a bit of a headache and thought I needed my ears cleaned and turns out I had an ear infection. Very fast service , dr explained what was going on inside my ears and gave me medication and good tips how to apply . Dr . Dugal and Staff are super nice , definitely coming back ! I have never felt…read morejudged or uncomfortable here and I ended up at this office after having a prior psychiatrist resign. Due to a condition of mine, I was turned away from many offices without even being given a chance because the psychiatrists didn't "feel comfortable" treating me, the diagnosis was new and the reaction from so many professionals was disheartening and I was really afraid that I would not be able to find someone who would see me, despite nothing having changed about me except for what was on paper. I am very grateful for those closed doors, since it lead me here. I have been supported through everything while at this office; including insurance being pains in everyones' butts and nosy pharmacists too! I cannot say enough good things about how they treat their patients here, and I have been working with Dr. Fareed for close to 2 years now- I can say with confidence that he cares about his practice and that he actually listens. He doesn't rush through appointments and he is always kind. He can be firm in his judgment, as he should be; this means he is confident in his approach. I personally have found so much success and a new improved quality of life after trusting the process. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is in need of a compassionate, supportive environment- especially if they have hit a dead end with their treatments, whether it be treatment resistance or something else.
