I tried to email the company directly but the email addresses on their website responded that this was "undeliverable". Therefore, I'm sharing what I tried to email in this public forum. There were several issues from start to finish, so I thought it would be best to go in order. Booking -- I booked this tasting for my Bachelorette Party. All I wanted to do for my party was to go wine tasting in CA, and my friends and I flew in from across the US. Booking with you was very simple and easy (with great pricing), and I selected the lunches for our group of 6. A few days before, I received a text confirmation for the tour from Stephanie. She asked for me to send my lunch order. I explained this was already given and to let me know if I needed to resend it. She was able to find it and said we were all set (this will come into play later). Stephanie also noted the three wineries we were going to, but this was after I asked her. At no point did I receive any sort of interinary that informed us of travel time, tasting time, etc. Having been on several tours before, this was odd but I figured the tour guide/driver would handle that. Parking -- The day before Stephanie asked where we wanted to meet, and I asked for a recommendation since we were driving up from Ventura and unfamiliar with the area. She recommended a park and ride, however when we got there, there were signs stating that it was permit only and those without one, would be ticketed and towed. This was 10:40am and at that point Kira (our guide) was there to direct us to a different lot (so we got started on time at 11am). I am unsure why Stephanie recommended this lot that we were not allowed in. Kira also noted "oh there are 6 of you" which seemed odd since I booked for 6 of us. Day Of -- The first place we arrived had a lot of customers and was severely understaffed. There were only two staff members running the tastings AND the shop inside. As a result, we got VERY behind -- when Kira came to get us (she left to pick up lunches) we were only on our second wine and still were waiting for the next four. At this point, as a tour guide/lead I would have thought Kira would have addressed this with the winery staff and maybe ask for them to speed it up. When we were heading to the second place, Kira kept warning us that we had to get back on schedule (again, no one was telling us what the EXACT schedule was) or "they will charge you extra". We were given our lunches and I pointed out there were only 5 instead of 6. I don't know if she was told there would only be 5 of us ahead of time (because she seemed surprised at the beginning) but at this point she knew how many of us there were. I have no idea why she didn't double check that A. the order was correct (it wasn't) and B. that there were enough lunches. So she had to run back to the place to pick them up. She kept mentioning that "they will charge us if we go over" and seemed worried about that, so at this point, I texted Stephanie to let her know the situation and was informed that we were running behind. Stephanie texted back that we would receive an extra 40 minutes. When Kira came back she said she "talked to them" and informed us that we have extra time and to not worry, which we were relieved because we were drinking pretty quickly at this point trying to get back on schedule. We were able to finish our lunches and head to the third winery. When we arrived at the third winery, Kira said we had 35 minutes. This was surprising since we were told we had extra time and to not worry. We confirmed that and she told us where we could sit while she checked us in. She then went to speak with a staff member so I ASSUMED she was telling the winery of the limited time we had, because why wouldn't she? We started the tasting and again, this was going slowly but they only had one staff person doing the tasting for everyone on the patio. Kira soon told us she was heading to the car, and we said OK but noted that again, we were only halfway through the tasting. When we finished, we started heading to the car and were asking if she could take a group photo before we left and that is when she completely went off on us. It was a complete 180 and surprise. She yelled that she "has never been more disrespected" , that we "did not communicate with her" and that "we should have hired a driver". She also said that she "has a life too" and that when she "got married, I wasn't like this". She was so horrible for a moment I considered just ordering an Uber to take us back because I felt uncomfortable in getting back in the car with her. It was a VERY awkward and quiet 45 minute drive back to our car. I have NEVER been so disrespected in my life, and having worked in the service industry for over a decade, this behavior was UNACCEPTABLE on so many levels. While we still gave her a $100 tip, it was far less than the $200 we had set aside. read more

If you're looking for something fun to do around Santa Barbara with a group of friends it doesn't get better than this! We had such a great time touring the breweries and our driver was super fun and made the whole experience a blast! They were very professional and delivered everything they promised and more. My friends and I had such a great time on our Santa Barbara Brewery Tour. These guys know all the best breweries in Santa Barbara and took care of everything. They really allowed us to kick back and just enjoy the tour and the beer of course. I have lots of great memories from that day, and I look forward to doing it again in the future. read more

Absolutely terrible experience. The event was "rained out". Instead of calling me and my party to let us know, we stood outside the pick up location for a half hour in the rain waiting for the trolley until we told customer service. They "claimed" they called everyone on the reservation but must have missed me. I spent the next 4 days playing phone tag trying to get someone to answer and give me a refund. The 3 operators I spoke to assured me I would receive a refund and would call me by the end of the day, all 3 never called back. Over all this experience was pretty lame and I would have done better just doing a brewery tour on my own. To start, we were at the pick up place on-time and no trolley in sight. I called the office to find out what was happening and was told the driver is running late because he had to "put gas in the trolley." Next we learned it was the driver's first day and he had only a vague idea of where the first stop was. Someone, who thankfully lived in SB and was on our trolley, had to give him directions. Next, once we got to the first stop, he wasn't sure if he was suppose to go in and let them know we were there as part of a pre-paid visit or if we just walked in. Finally, we convinced him he was to go in and let them know we were part of the Beer Trolley. At that stop, again someone called the office to let them know our "guide" wasn't being much of a guide and seemed like the blind leading the blind. We got to the 2nd stop where lunch was being "served." It was more like boxes of food, that someone in our group handed out since our guide had no idea what was going on. By the last stop I was done with the whole thing and just wanted the messed up experience to be over... The only high point of the day was meeting some of the other people on the trolley since often a bad share experience doesn't seem as bad when you are with friends. When I looked into booking the tour it said something about learning how to taste beer and how it was made. There was NOTHING of the sort. Basically all this "tour" is, is transportation from one place to the next, a little lunch, and samplers at each of the breweries. Easy to do on your own with a little help from Uber. read more

We did NOT receive ANY brewery tours, none of the locations were expecting us, we were asked to pay for our flights until we asked the bus driver to come in and pay as we had prepaid, no complimentary mug, started late, I will not even go on - it was nothing like they advertise.
