Just some leaf-blowers) and safe (very professional safety gear), they are clearly very knowledgeable about their work. Nick is a certified arborist, and that is a requirement for us. We are restoring the native ecology of our east-facing Mesa hillside lot. The trees are an essential element in that effort. Now we are ready for the spring nesting season that should yield a bounty of the many species of little birds, owls (we've had seven fledge from our special custom (by Me) owl box!) and raptors. After Kyle finished I mentioned to him that I think he shorted me. I have 2 four foot racks with one side 36 inches inches high, and the other 40 inches. Neither rack reached the top of the sides. Kyle's response was he loaded a 1/2 cord and that's what you got. The next day I measured each stack and sent the photos to Kyle. His response was, I will drop off 30 pieces of wood on your driveway, but I will never stack your wood again. He also stated that I'm the only customer to watch him stack, which he indicated was weird. My response was, what's wrong with someone watching you stack, unless you are going to deceive the customer. So buyer beware, because you may not get what you paid for.

I want to share here why we are SO HAPPY that we chose to use Branch Out Tree Care!…read more For many years, we've had a problematical palm tree in our backyard, a Phoenix canariensis that was planted by the original owner too closely to the house. It had grown to the point where it was a serious issue to our home's foundation and to the power lines overhead. We met with Sal Sanchez from Branch Out Tree Care. Sal told us he had an experienced crew to do the complex job and he was absolutely right! Because of the size of the tree (approximately 50' x 5') and its location (wedged behind a two-story house and the neighboring property), there was no way to access it by crane. It had to be done by hand, carefully and in pieces, so as not to injure the workers or damage our house, the house next door, the power lines, or the patio below. Forrest and his wonderful crew worked steadily for 2 and a half days, carefully removing the palm in chunks and carrying the heavy pieces out to their truck at the street while taking great care to do so safely and thoughtfully. They did a wonderful job and when they finished, they cleaned everything up! We remain so impressed with their ability, courtesy, great attitude, and focus.
