Place was very busy but the food wasn't bad ! They also have nachos and a bunch of breakfast items didn't try yet.

Pink cups for League Bowlers - White cups for others

The customer service at the kitchen here sucks this bowling alley should be for leagues ONLY because the employees treat the league players better then every other paying customer after I purchased a lane and food I was then told I grabbed the wrong water cup (I grabbed a pink cup instead of a white cup) mind you it's 101 degrees in the afternoon on top of not being allowed to bring in your own water cups/bottles The guy behind the counter must of been having a bad day because there was no toppings for the pizza

We were turned away (on my child's birthday nonetheless) due to my child's age (3) when their website doesn't state a minimum age policy. In fact their website promotes "fun for ALL ages" (see screenshots from their site). I was left with a very upset toddler on his birthday, who couldn't understand why he couldn't bowl after being promised a bowling session all week. I checked the website before reserving a lane to be sure and nowhere did it indicate that a child has to be at least 4 years to bowl. Please add this to your website and include it anywhere parents might review when considering a reservation or birthday party (since it's also not listed on the party reservation section). I understand that the staff member (Anthony) was just communicating their policy once we checked in. He was very kind about it and helped us submit a refund request, which I hope management considers under these circumstances. Also note that most bowling lanes we've been to do not have a minimum age, including Valencia Lanes. We tried getting going to Valencia lanes

Look at all that foam. $6 beer.. if I was in a mood, I would have had her repour.

Here to see the grandkids bowl... yooza, $50 per hour for 2 adults and 10 year old, the 5 year old didn't bowl. I got a beer at the bar... $6 and it came 1/4 foam... I will only order this beer, no craft beers. I haven't been here in 15 years... it hasn't changed much. It is clean the lanes seem nice. But pricing is way high... they must have better deals for different nights, as is I won't be back for a while and note to self, this is not a place to bring my out of towners.resources. Gave 3 stars based on good clientele, fairly well kept.

The trash which equals this place

Horrible customer service. The reception lady with glasses (Serenity) and everyone else for that matter hate their job so they make sure you have a bad time as well. We went for a young child's birthday and were told anyone under four wasn't allowed to bowl. And they will not let little kids use the bowling ramps. They claimed they only had one and reserved it for people with disabilities. Ive never been to a bowling ally that didn't let kids use ramps! So basically they care about catering to the old men betting on horses than families. Also within five minutes of coming in we saw a girl puking into a trashcan, so take from that what you will. Stay away and go to the VALENCIA LANES instead.

Fun family times at Santa Clarita Lanes!

Ask the Community - Santa Clarita Lanes

    Do they require masks?

    Yes

Why does this place have a minimum age requirement? I've been to many bowling alleys and I've never encountered this.

I was there a couple months ago with my 13 year old son. The website states family fun so not sure what minimum age was referring to.

    Are they open during covid?

    No. They were shut down.

Everything was well organized and the staff made us feel welcome right away. The food was amazing--the wings, cheese sticks, and pretzel bites were huge hits with everyone at the party. You can tell the kitchen cares about what they're putting out. Chef Angel was especially friendly and professional, and it was clear he takes pride in the food. The service was excellent too. Chris and the bartenders/servers were quick, attentive, and super friendly, even with a big group. Drinks were coming out fast and everyone felt taken care of. Overall the whole place was clean, accommodating, and just a really fun atmosphere for a birthday celebration. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back for another night of pool, food, and drinks. Highly recommend for parties or a fun night out!

This is a large,…read morenicely-maintained pool room with assorted other games available (darts and such), a great digital jukebox system, and plenty of TV's playing sports. The decor is "industrial," but it's clean and airy, so there's no sense of being in a "dive" -- in fact, this is a family-friendly place, and I saw some youngish couples playing pool on what seemed to be afternoon dates. The physical bar is relatively small, with only about 8-12 seats, but that's because they're keeping as much space open as possible for game play. The staff was friendly and chatty, and seemed quite intent on making sure everyone had everything they needed. The menu is wider and more interesting than one would expect in a pool hall environment, with creative pizzas, burgers, sandwiches and salads promising a more unique and memorable meal than the average hangout. I opted to try the Pastrami Pizza: a traditional tomato and mozzarella pie topped with what they call "mustard fried pastrami," onions, chopped pickles, and a drizzle of yellow mustard. It's a good-sized pizza, larger than a true individual pie, and enough for 2 people to share. The pastrami was savory without being too salty, while the pickles, onions and mustard all added nice pops of flavor without feeling like a gimmick. My one disappointment was that the pizza was not prepared well-done as requested, making the crust more doughy than crisp. Also, the temperature in the venue was darn near frigid, so my pizza got cold very quickly, which reduced my ability to enjoy it as much as I would have if the pie had been piping hot. Other food being enjoyed in close proximity to me looked and smelled very good (wings and burgers), and like I said, the people were all top notch hosts. So, while the final pizza prep could use some improvement, I think these folks are doing a very good job of making bar food that's more interesting and memorable than you'll find anywhere else in the area. Definitely stop in and give them a whirl.
