They told me the pot I had was too large and needed to size down. I was able to use their potting station to transfer the roots into new soil and holder, I really loved the pot I had, so I filled it with lava rocks and sat my plant on top. I couldn't believe this was all complimentary even though I did not get this plant from them. They truly helped me save the pink lady, there is so much new growth and its gained color back!
