We needed a new battery on our road trip. This was the closest location to where we were staying and I gave them a call. Butch answered the phone and he could not have been more helpful. He double checked and they did have a battery that would work for our 2018 jeep JL. I ask if they would be able to help install and he said maybe depended on how busy they were. Butch added that Arriving after 9:30 when a few more employees were working would increase our chances. We arrived about 9:45 and in less then 15 minutes we were done. I am a frequent shopper my hometown store. This particular store will not see me again. The assistant manager is who waited on me, I came in looking for a little help with a small electrical issue. I was told "if we don't have it on aisle # such and such we don't have anything to help" what are you afraid to leave the counter? Wouldn't even look at the part I brought in with me. So that is what passes for customer service? At least 4 people were working at the same time. So he was not alone. read more

Now "O'Reilly Auto Parts", but Checker/O'Reilly are one and the same company. This has been my go-to place for years when I need windshield wipers or some other part. The staff is always helpful and it is convenient having them look up an item for you in their computer so you don't have to search through a parts book to make sure you get the right thing. One of the last times I was there an assistant manager kind of got in a pissing match with another employee over some tasks that needed to be done before that employee could leave for the night. This was very unprofessional and should have been handled in the back out of earshot of customers. read more

We were traveling in from Texas and found ourselves in a blizzard. We went in to buy snow chains. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They even showed us how to install the chains while allowing us to seek shelter from the storm. They gave us an emergency rescue number to call in case we got stuck and gave us information on road closures/nearby hotels to stay at. One worker, Shelly, even bought my 2 year old son some hot wheels cars to keep him occupied while we were dealing with the car and hotel arrangements. Overall, they went above and beyond what an auto store usually does to make sure we were safe and taken care of. We very much appreciate these people! read more

You will find pretty much anything car related to temporarily fix or maintain you vehicle. And military discount! So, smaller inventory than other auto parts stores. I am getting more and more frustrated with seeing everything made in China then littering the aisles of stores with cheaply made junk. This location does carry some name brand items like Fram and K&N and of course all of your oils and fluids. However, anything you may want to patch up your car is pretty cheap. I would absolutely come back here to order specialty seals or purchase fluids/filters. Anything else, go online and look for quality US made tools or parts.... read more

Have been using this automotive store since it opened and overall I have been pleased. Visit tonight was greeted by curt and condescending comments and attitude, don't like to be treated like a teenager! I purchased a product since they took my used oil. Turnover of personnel since O'riley took over seems to happen weekly..... Plan on taking my next $1000 in business to the auto parts store on Baptist where the seem polite and friendly perhaps even I will try this store again next spring! read more

This was the worst customer service I have ever received in any store...let alone an auto parts store...I give it 1 star (which is generous) and will never be returning here. Yesterday, I had just come from an oil change and they said I needed a new cabin air filter based on the stale air coming from air vents. I had recently bought the used car and did not even know it had a cabin air filter. So I visited this O'Reilly's for the first time to get the part. When Cole asked me what I needed...I told him...and he asked for my car's info. As he was looking up the part in his computer...he got a phone call. I stood there waiting over 5 minutes while he fully serviced the person on the phone...instead of telling the customer to hold on while he finished servicing me. When he was almost done with that customer on the phone...he told me the part was in the back of the store...and expected me to get it myself. I let Cole know I had no idea what the part even looked liked and could he go and get it for me. Exasperated...he went and got it. When he returned...I told him he should have finished servicing me and put the caller on hold instead of making me wait over 5 minutes and expecting me to find the part myself. I could not believe his response; he said, "That caller has an account with us." So someone with an account is MORE IMPORTANT than a walk-in customer...even when you are servicing the walk-in first? Really? For all he knew...I also had an account as he hadn't yet taken my information. So I told him to keep his part and left. I have never been so disgusted with how someone has treated me. Cole should not be working behind the counter servicing walk-in customers. He should be in the back room answering the phone for 'account holders' only. Unbelievable. The staff was great. I went in for a wiper blade and they didn't carry it, but the gentleman at the front desk replaced the rubber on the blade right on the spot. It probably took him 30 minutes but because my current blade was stripped and sky was dark, he felt he needed to so that I wouldn't be stuck in rain without wipers. read more

Absolutely horrible. Extremely condescending. Acted as if I was a burden on them for being there. It mostly comes from the older guy there. He may be a manager of sorts. I will never shop at that location ever again. read more
