I would not recommend this company. We were charged $350 for international priority shipping (which we later found should have cost closer to $200), and when the package went missing, they were completely unhelpful. They claim to have direct connections with a FedEx representative, but that clearly wasn't true. We were told for days that they couldn't reach their "rep," yet we were able to get through to a FedEx manager ourselves on the first call. We ended up doing all the work, calling FedEx, opening cases, and tracking down information while receiving little to no meaningful communication from the shipper. Throughout the process, we were given conflicting information from different FedEx representatives. At times we were told the package wasn't lost, that it might be delayed, or that there could be missing paperwork. Meanwhile, this company quickly jumped to saying the package was lost without showing any real effort to investigate further. Even worse, FedEx informed us that the package had been "under search" for over a week and that these updates had been sent to the shipping company, yet we were never notified. This package contained special and irreplaceable items, which makes the lack of care, transparency, and urgency even more unacceptable. They completely mishandled the situation and left us to clean up their mess. Save your money and go directly through a major carrier. read more

Such a delightful business to have in the community! Makes our area feel more like a neighborhood. The staff in the store are always such gentlemen, eager to be of cheerful assistance. I've had to mail some packages and when the postal truck has already passed by. they are happy to take my package to hold onto to the next day or are not hesitant to let me know where the next closest location is that could help me the same day. This is either my fourth or fifth mail box vendor in the past ten years (I keep blowing my witness protection cover and have to move a lot). Though this store lacks a lot of the thrills and pump of other similar businesses (such as greeting cards, knickknacks, keychains...), If you want a place to get mail and send mail, and even a fax or two, this is the place. The owner, Jerry, is very friendly, always greets me by name and helps me with my shipping and receiving needs. Would the place be improved if they offered greeting cards, scented candles, those small license plates with your names on them, or maybe even those flashlights that are the size and shape of credit cards that you can keep in your wallet? I don't think so. They do what I need and they do it well. read more

So I would like to give the new owner Jerry 10 stars but they're only five to give him. Let me explain why. I took four presents/ packages to be delivered in different states. One of the packages was delivered to the same person when it was supposed to go to someone else. I returned back to mailboxes and more, spoke with the owner and he saw the error. Not only did he apologize and refunded me for the shipment, he also refunded me for the gift. Karma does exist and that was the best customer service I've had in a long time. I recently found this place nearby my work where we can drop off our FedEx packages. We had an urgent situation where we needed to change our shipment to a Saturday delivery at the last minute and reprint our labels and the lady working there helped me throughout the whole process in order to get it done. Normally they would charge for printing labels on site but she graciously covered it for us since this was an urgent situation. Truly grateful for her and the FedEx driver who allowed us to make this happen in time. It is a great place as you know your packages won't get stolen by thieves with the growing popularity of Amazon and other online companies. Excellent customer service! The shop was empty when I went in, and the owner of the shop helped me box and ship several FedEx packages. He was even able to print out FedEx tracking numbers. Sometimes no one is at the front desk at when you go in now. They don't even pick up the phone anymore at this location. Apparently Ezekial doesn't work there anymore??? Everything has been terrible since he left. Seriously worried about our mail. We wish they would have given him whatever it was he needed to stay. It seems like he did everything, including kept all the books because everything has been inconsistent since he left. We probably won't renew and we wouldn't recommend this location with the current management. read more

I tried to deliver a urgent package priority mail yesterday & never received my link so I followed up the next day to see what the status was in my package was still there I was never notified and the package was not going to arrive until four days after the original date without any notice I would have never known unless I went and saw myself I felt like I should've been contacted considering it was such a high priority package with significance. read more

I've always used a mailbox location to receive my mail, mainly because I don't trust packages being left at my door unattended and I receive a lot of them. This place is perfect for that and the staff are extremely nice and accommodating. Never once have I felt like they were annoyed that I had many packages waiting to be picked up. Also, they will even text you if a package you are earnestly waiting for has arrived or text you with tracking information. I can't describe how helpful that is, especially when something important is supposed to be coming in. In general, they are also great at shipping and packaging.
